This place was amazing. It was large and beautiful. Plenty of space to relax and talk amongst friends. Beautiful view of the ocean. We had a hiccup with communication about checking in. I somehow did not get an email showing where to check in. Once we figured it out it was super easy. And one little thing, I would bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, we had less than three rolls of toilet paper for the bathrooms (5) and ended up having to make a run for toilet paper. Other than those small things, it was fantastic.

Rating due to The Management Company (iTrip) and particularly the Property Manager who is unprofessional. Even asking a simple question is apparently an issue for them. Their responses are rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
I sent an email as a courtesy, per protocol, for our arrival plans to help them prepare, and even then, they were annoyed, rude, and unprofessional. After providing them more details, all the Property Manger wanted to do is to become even more rude, and not take any responsibility or accountablity for their unprofessional and accusatory behavor. The Property Manager tried to make it appear that it was somehow my problem...huh? That totally threw me off. In any case, the company is less than profressional from my experience and interaction with them.
For the cost of the property rental, everyone deserves the very best of professionalism. They missed the mark.
I hope that they follow their own policy to "Be Kind" because their responses were totally Un-Kind.

We booked this condo for our sons wedding held at 21 Main. Great location, convenient and just as described. Family staying with us was very impressed with unit and resort. Would not hesitate to rent again. We live in the area and would consider it for a staycation!

Five old friends escaped the cooler weather and had a fantastic golf weekend in N. Myrtle Beach. The condo was well beyond expectations and much nicer than it even appeared to be online. Clean, spacious, a ton of amenities and the perfect location on the beach. We will definitely return either as a group or separately with our families!

We celebrated my mom’s 84th birthday. The place was excellent. The view was amazing to see Beach and pool area. The 3rd level floor was perfect, just high enough to see everything but low enough to enjoy. The only issue had nothing to do with the unit. There was a rude guest on the last night that was upset and kicked trash cans and shouted f…… the n word . It was night so the pool area was closed. It was upsetting to hear that this day and time.

We had a group of 14 ranging in ages from 6-60. The condo was spacious, great gathering spaces, a balcony with adequate seating and a fully furnished kitchen. It’s vacation time so the pool and beach were pretty crowded. The water in the ocean was pretty murky. Beaches were clean. Great restaurants- we didn’t have a bad meal. The Flying Fish Public Market and River City Cafe were both great. Management company replied immediately when we needed a key for the trash chute and when one of of our pool bracelets needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend for a large group or family vacation.

NO COMPLAINTS! Windy Hill is a great location to host ten sorority sisters. I would definitely reserve this location again. What a beautiful, immaculate and spacious condominium. Awesome place!

The place was located perfectly. Lots of things to do and plenty of options for dining. The unit itself was very nice. Couple of issues with an outlet that was popping out of the floor in the living room and a toilet that didn’t flush properly. The management staff offered to send someone out right away which was not necessary as there were other bathrooms we used. Overall would stay again. Beautiful views and the place was super clean. Just make sure you ask which tower as they did not tell us on check in and needed to call. Also ask in advance for the Wi-Fi as it was not written anywhere in unit.

The place and location were nice. I reserved two units, one that my 83-year-old mom stayed and the one with you. Security knocked on both doors for noise. The garage door remained open and smoke was in the hallway the entire stay. Housekeeping could have been cleaner. The sofa sleeper was broken, but I was accommodated. Other than the minor issues, it was great and well kept.

This location is absolutely amazing! It is perfect for large groups with it’s wide open living space and giant couch. The upgraded furnishings and decorations are amazing !! The views are stellar. Being from the West Coast I have never seen an East Coast sunset. Quite gorgeous! (you’d have to go outside the property to see the sunrise, though, but that’s OK!). The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. They even had double the towels I was expecting. There is plenty of seating for everyone. We never felt cramped. And it’s awesome having so many bathrooms!
I’d say the only thing that made it difficult was the offsite check in location. It wasn’t that far away, and the people were incredibly nice and helpful. I just wish it was open a little later so that I didn’t have to go back the next day to check in. But true to their word, check in with super fast and overall not a problem.
We were missing in the instructions on how to hook up to the Wi-Fi, but one quick text to the phone number given on the initial paperwork got me that answer quickly. It was great to have a washer and dryer, although the dryer was in too fast drying our towels. #firstworldproblems
We went in November when basically everything had started shutting down, yet the resort provided tons of amenities like a bar, a pizza place, a breakfast buffet, amazing pools and swim up bar. One word of caution, though. The swim up bar pool is not heated. But stick around for 10 minutes and your body gets so used to the cold that you don’t even care. One of the spas needed a little bit of extra attention (dirty, lots of leaves), But we switched over to the heated pool and all was well. (obviously this is more of an HOA/resort issue than the condos owners’)
Long story short I would 100% recommend this location. We had never visited Myrtle Beach before. This location and the whole city at provided the relaxing and fun vacation we needed!

My family and I actually drove into Hurricane Ivan when it hit Myrtle Beach, SC. It was an experience I will never forget. Driving there wasn't bad and the thought was that the news people got it wrong but little did we know we were in the eye of the storm. Once we picked up our keys, all hell broke loose. The wind was blowing and the rain was coming down sideways. Then the streets flooded and we couldn't get to the resort. Everything that could go wrong, DID! Once we finally got there, the power was out and the room was not ready due to the hurricane. Everything was shut down due to flooding. Itrip sympathized with our situation and "made everything right" by giving us a discount. This was an act of nature and no one is responsible. Thank God we were all safe and thank you Robbie for your understanding and compassion. I will definitely travel with itrip in the future and I look forward to doing business with you again.

This condo was exactly as described. Beautiful, clean, well decorated and views of the ocean, beach and pools. My parents were able to sit on the balcony and watch their great grandkids play at the pool. Beds were comfortable and parking deck was great! My parents are unable to walk very far, the condo association did not allow us to bring the trailer for my dads handicap scooter but we were able to park in the handicap parking that was very close to our room which was a great help! Itrip was great, very responsive and helpful. Have used them in the past and will again in the future!

This was our third and best stay yet. Our unit was clean, in great condition. The kitchen was superb. We had one small linen issue when we first checked in that was resolved immediately. Thank you I trip for a most enjoyable stay.

Fantastic five bedroom condo at a fantastic resort. The condo was very spacious and clean. Has an amazing large balcony overlooking the pool area and beach, best of both worlds. The resort has an amazing pool setup that rivals all-inclusive international destinations.

Amazing property - Indigo 303
Since is my second time booking with itrip and forth time staying at North Beach Plantation. This unit was, by far, was the nicest yet. Kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil or cookware/bakeware you would need and an added plus was the second fridge in the laundry room. Location was perfect and overlooked the main pool area - close enough to enjoy the view but far enough that noise below was never an issue. This unit was very clean when we arrived and the decor was very chic. I am very pleased with the customer service itrip provided (both times I’ve used them) and am already looking at booking next year. I’ve even gone so far as to referred itrip to many of my fiends.

What an amazing time we had! When we walked in our mouths dropped. The pictures did not do it justice! The view was stunning. We could see and hear the ocean perfectly and even the view of pool area was lovely. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings.
I was blown away at how stocked the kitchen was. Everything we needed was there and I mean everything! 2 coffee makers, a blender, and even a stand mixer! Not to mention the 2nd fridge! This is the first time I have really been able to cook while on vacation. Usually it’s a hassle because I never have what I need. The washer and dryer were such a great thing to have as well.
This condo has 2 king rooms attached to the main balcony. The main suite has a jacuzzi tub. A feature I never knew I needed until I had it
