Vacation Rental Property in Central Location
Situé dans un quartier calme et sécuritaire, à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville historique de Charlottetown et de nos plages de sable rouge.
Maison jumelée de trois chambres à coucher, entièrement meublée. Le dernier étage a un salon à aire ouverte, un coin repas, une cuisine avec îlot, deux chambres et une salle de bain complète. La cuisine est entièrement aménagée et équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et d'un accès à une terrasse latérale avec barbecue et coin repas. Il y a aussi un pont arrière plus isolé, idéal pour se détendre à la fin d'une journée bien remplie.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre, une salle de bains avec douche, une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse et une grande salle de jeux meublée avec une télévision connectée de 55 ", comprend la télévision par satellite avec forfait NHL Centre Ice et Internet sans fil.

Great location close to all amenities. Very clean. Loved that owners had all the things you need from home. Right down to tin foil and Sarah wrap. Owners even reached out and came to install air conditioning units to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

The house was exactly what we expected. It worked perfectly for our situation. It was a great location for both heading to downtown Charlottetown and going to other parts of the island. The owner was an excellent host and communicator and made sure we were satisfied. The house was made it a good place to come home to each evening and all of us had enough space to enjoy our time together. We are grateful.

Property was easy to find. Location was close to University Ave. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were uncomfortable but I guess we are all use to our own. I did have a fee concerns with the dangerous walkway but the owner assured me it would be fixed in time for my next stay. Thanks for having us.

This property was ideally located close to major roads to get to downtown Charlottetown and for us to several golf courses. Anton was a great host promptly replying to enquiries. House was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. I would recommend this location for adults and families alike.

Super clean and functional
We really enjoyed this house - great as a landing spot for day trips and equipped with everything our young family needed (and more as we hardly even touched the whole bottom level). Lots of space to spread out. We noticed multiple upgrades and updates since the listing photos were taken. Kids dishes were appreciated - and super easy to access TV and wifi.

Our favourite place to stay in Charlottetown
Best place to stay in Charlottetown for that home away from home experience. Short drive to all amenities, house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with local parks within walking distance.
Anton is an amazing and responsive host!

I was in Charlottetown for two weeks on business, and on these extended trips I travel with my dog. Although there are hotels that allow pets, we are so much more comfortable in a house. And in this house we were eminently comfortable! Everything you need to be comfortable is available.

Enjoy The Comforts of Home
This was a great property for all of us and the neighbourhood was family oriented with nice neighbours. It was spacious and offered those little things you appreciate when travelling (even those extra laundry soap and dryer sheets - "nice touch"). We really were 10 minutes from downtown Charlottetown and my office for this work trip. Well done - I would stay there again.

This experience has been an absolute joy! The house was clean and cozy and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Only minutes away from Capital drive where you find Charlottetown mall, Wal Mart, Canadian Tire, the cinema, Esso petrol station and only 10 minutes to charming downtown Charlottetown. The house is located near both Lower Malpeque and Canada hiway 1 which give easy access to two major thoroughfares to explore the island. The airport is 4 minutes away straight down Sherwood Drive. The owner is attentive if anything is needed and provided so many items that i only needed to buy food! Spices, tissues, coffee everything was ready and waiting for us.
We are planning to return whenever we visit PEI and cannot wait to return.
Thank you Anton for making my first vacation in 24 years such a delightful experience!

It was perfect for our group of 5.
Very clean. Well furnished. Modern.
Only downside was the AC clearly not sufficient for this property size. But we knew getting in.

Great Clean Private Place.
Great clean, quiet place in a convenient location. This home had everything we needed. Plus the beaches are 15 min away and you can get downtown Charlottetown in 12 minutes. This place is your home away from home😎�. I would definitely recommend this place👍�.

Area quiet and attractive part of town
Home was clean , functional and well furnished. The weather in PEI was very hot and humid during our stay and the house is not air conditioned which made it difficult to enjoy the house. There is however a window AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms so sleeping for some of us was comfortable.
