The room size was ok

The restaurant was pathetic. They served foul food. The kitchen closing was never communicated. Slept without food. No empathy. Only few things of the menu were available . Would never book from the site and the hotel as well

The rooms were very comfortable and the stay was good but the only problem I faced was while reaching the hotel, the roads that lead to the hotel are very narrow and they don't have any parking space in the hotel. Although they assist you with parking a 100 meters away. The staff will accompany you or the driver to get your cars parked. All in all it was sublime stay, making it an overall peaceful experience!

The staff at the hotel was very professional and took care of all our needs. They have amazing Indian food and cold coffee. Must try the pizza there. Overall a good stay

I was a little skeptical about the whole booking as this was my first stay and i wanted to stay close to Ganga ji. It turned out that my choice of hotel was just perfect just a two minute walk from Ganga arti, awesome room, nice clean linen hot shower and great water pressure. Food is so yummy i fell in love with the pizza and cold coffee. I would surely come back for a longer stay

Narrow roads & parking facility was behind the hotel..

We stayed at Green by one earth for 1 day and we experienced the best ever hospitality from each and everyone of the hotel staff starting from the day we arrived till the day we checked out. Rooms were very spacious with a king size bed. Mattress was very comfortable. Each request to the housekeeping was also met with prompt response and the rooms and baths were kept efficiently maintained. Special thanks to Mr Yogendra approach towards guest need and excellence in service. Food was delicious. Would want to stay again with such amazing comfort and safe stay... I stayed in this hotel for the first time, the food here was fabulous, clean and hygienic rooms and the staff was very helpful. The property is very close to ganga river, 100 meters walking distance. I recommend everyone to stay here, totally worth the money!

Extremely polite staff

I liked nothing about this hotel, except that it is slightly near ganga river, ram jhula etc. Room, washroom, facility, hospitality everything was pathetic.

Room, washroom, facility, hospitality everything was pathetic. There was pathetic smell in room and washroom. Couldn’t sleep in those bedsheet and blanket provided as they were dirty. Got it changed still it was not clean. Room intercom was not working. Staff was rude. I have been to many hotels but this was the worst one.

They called and asked for a compulsory advanced fee even though we booked the hotel through booking.com. Additional GST was also excluded from the bill shown in booking.com. I have to pay that too.
