We had just a short stay , but it was very Nice !! Close to our cruise port and large enough for the whole family !!

The location was perfect. We visited the Christmas lights at James Island and had a delicious dinner at Lola.

Beautiful location. The house couldn't have been better. The only improvement would have been, if there was a railing going out to the dock. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. Plenty of room for a large family

We were far enough away from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet but within 35minutes of all the tours we took. The house was set up nice for our large family group for cooking and games.

Great location with plenty of space and close to boat landing for us to put our boat in and take out. Enjoyed our stay!

Our SC and KY family had a fabulous time for our annual getaway. The house was spacious and ideal for a large group. The elevator was extremely helpful for getting luggage and groceries in. Check in process was very simple, communication with the seller was good and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you could ever need! Basement area was a bit damp smelling but has grills/kayak/ping pong and a few special critters to visit with! 😉 The men of the family were pleased. The sofas are a bit worn and figuring out the TV was a learning curve but all beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. We even saw Dolphins from the dock! Would definitely book again! Thank you!

Great place for our large group in town for a wedding. The elevator was key! Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. The 80-gallon water heater kept up with all of our showers. The wrap-around porch with rocking chairs was a nice spot to relax after the full day of wedding festivities. Leanna was very prompt with answers to my questions. Would definitely book again.

It is a beautiful home that gave our family a much needed vacation together. It was well stocked and supplied us with everything we needed. Hated to see the week end.

We enjoyed the house and the hood. No issues. Except a suggestion to buy more comfortable LR furniture.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The dock access was great - we all enjoyed sitting out by the river and just enjoying the view and the sea breeze. Close to all our favorite spots in Charleston, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Leanna was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions promptly.

This home was wonderful! Very clean, very large, very quiet, very comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 9 adults. We enjoyed all of the areas of the house - the bedrooms and bathrooms were great, the large porch and living areas gave us room to visit and be together, and we enjoyed time at the waterfront and on the dock. LeeAnne was very easy to communicate with, though we had no issues. We would highly recommend this place!

We were here for a wedding ~ House is FANTASTIC for gathering! Dining area decorates beautifully and easy to serve a crowd. I brought my own staples and spices but it wasn’t needed. Kitchen is WELL STOCKED with baking supplies, spices, and sauces, as well as plenty of pans, platters, nice serving dishes and plastic wrap, foil, and baggies. The mattresses are GREAT ~ beds super comfy and abundant linens supplied. There’s even an extra twin mattress supplied to use in the loft. The owners are super nice and laid-back and the property reflects that ~ Its a home away from home. What you don’t see online is a HUGE open basement with pool table and kayaks supplied. The porch wraps around entire house, with a small portion screened in off the master bedroom. The elevator was AWESOME!! There were a good number of wasp nests all around the porch, but there is spray provided. The couches need updating ~ they are hard to sit in and hard to get out of. Could use more comfy-type seating downstairs. But PLENTY of hard back seating and stools. Neighborhood currently has a good bit of construction noise, but it didn’t bother us. Our families enjoyed this house !! It was perfect for our gatherings! We would definitely stay again !

Beautiful home with everything we could possibly have needed! Plenty of room for the kids to play, great big kitchen, and the wrap around porch was fabulous! Some day I hope to know the story of the Otter in the Freezer! Thank you for a wonderful family get-a-way!

We were in town for a wedding. The house was so beautiful we didn't want to leave!! We will definitely be back when we are better able to enjoy it. The house was spotless, the owner was responsive and helpful for any questions we had. Beds slept great!! Thank you for a great stay!!

This property was an amazing place to stay for my daughter's wedding on John's Island. Plenty of space, very clean, and a gorgeous setting. The dock to the river is a wonderful morning walk with coffee. We hope to be back in the future. Great memories!

Beautiful home. Very well set up

It was great having an elevator to get the luggage upstairs. Also, one of the ladies had to use the elevator. Some of the beds and pillows could use updating but we managed. The TV is only for streaming, so we didn’t watch much TV. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, spices, and condiments. We only had 5 of us, but if you have more adults it could use another coffee pot. The outside and the river are great.

The home was fantastic for our wedding weekend! My oldest some got married and we rented this house for my family, grandparents, aunt and uncle and cousins! Great location for trips into downtown Charleston and then to the wedding venue as well. The property is next to a wooded lot and short walk out to the water. Very quiet and exceeded our expectations! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for helping us make a memorable family event so much fun!

Very nice property and the owners are very responsive. I highly recommend staying hrre. Just a short 25 min drive to downtown Charleston or the plantation’s off HWY 61 in West Ashley.

This is a nice house to stay at with multiple families and tons of space! This is our second time here and we will definitely come back!!

Appreciated the amount of paper towels and toilet paper they gave us. Was a little farther from Angel Oak Tree than we thought it was, which was how we were judging how far it was to John's Island suburbs. Very clean and plenty of room to move around.

Great location and property. Close drive to a lot of adventures and attractions. Large home with plenty of amenities.

Our enjoyed this beautiful home. Very spacious, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We only stayed for 2 nights, wished it was longer! Hopefully anOTTER time next year :-)
