Prachtige unieke plek De b&b zit aan de rechterkant van de kerk. Je kan er buiten beschut zitten en roken. Heerlijk bed ! Heerlijke douche. Prachtige sfeer en ambiance Hele donkere verduisteringen gordijnen! Dus je slaapt heerlijk. Ontbijt vers bij te boeken. Staat in de ochtend voor de deur. Warme broodjes , zalm , kaas en veel beleg en een ei koffie Jus . Wij mochten ook een korte rondleiding kerk ! Met prachtige woonruimtes en heel veel licht ! Het was een bijzondere ervaring. Aardige huurder !

Als er boven iemand met schoenen loopt hoor je dit wel. Eigenaar woont zelf in de kerk . Dus geen vrijstaande kamer , maar verder nergens last van gehad. Toch veel privacy

Het bed was heerlijk. Interieur mooi met alle kerkelijke elementen.

Wij komen gemiddeld in zo'n 8 tot 10 B & B's per jaar, er waren een aantal dingetjes die ons opvielen. Haakjes om je jas aan te hangen bij binnenkomst, mistte een plek om de natte handdoeken fatsoenlijk op te hangen en een goede plek om je toiletspullen te plaatsen. Wat jammer was is dat alles slordig is afgewerkt, badkamer is te open (zithoek zit ernaast waardoor een toiletbezoek best oncomfortabel is en niet erg fris als je daar zit (te eten). Flinke spinnen raggen aan het plafond en op alle lampen. Poort die dag en nacht open is (geen prettig gevoel), enorm gehorig (we konden gesprekken van boven- en buren meevolgen) en het niet hebben van persoonlijk contact met je host. Kleine dingetjes, niet erg maar soms wel storend. Zeker jammer omdat het erg mooi en leuk is om er te verblijven maar voor ons was het hem net niet.

Mooie locatie. Fijne sfeer. Erg rustig. Lekker bed en heerlijk ontbijt!

Bij aankomst was, door laat geboekt te hebben, ik nog niet geregistreerd. Er was een "normale" kamer geboekt maar ik kreeg de suite, die was toch nog vrij. Erg leuk.

Alles war super! Sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wunderbar geschlafen. Alle Vorzüge und Annehmlichkeiten wurden schon gelobt, gibt nichts hinzuzufügen.

Super ontvangst.Echt hele gezellige eigenaren. Heel gastvrij Gaf je meteen een soort " welkom thuis" gevoel. Prima kamer. Ontbijt goed geregeld. Tijd kun je zelf regelen doordat de " " ontbijtbox " voor de deur gezet wordt. Vlak tegenover de B&B een prachtig Grand Café. Heel gezellig, personeel heel vriendelijk en attent en daarbij prima eten, zowel voor lunch of diner. Echt een aanrader!! L t

Unusual but lovely B&B in a quiet, pretty area. Breakfast was yummy and filled us up for the day. Friendly helpful hosts.

The building and room were simply beautiful - so individually lovely and interesting, being a transformed/renovated church. The room was a perfect space for us with our 7 year old son. We were met by our host Reina, who was super friendly but also left us to rest after a long cycle journey. She guided us to their nearby restaurant for a great evening meal. Most impressive of all was the splendid breakfast provided the next morning, delicious freshly baked bread, croissants, eggs, yoghurts and treats.

There was nothing to complain about - great room, location (for us as we were en route to Haarlem) and space. We liked everything. It rained a lot while we were there so couldn't comment on the outside space.

The situation was really nice, and less than an hour's drive from Harwich - Hook ferry. The property is extremely interesting having been converted from an old church. The breakfast was excellent, and served in our bedroom where there was plenty of room to eat in comfort

Nothing about the property or hosts was a problem. We just happened to hit a very noisy party in the village which fortunately stopped just after 11.00 after the host, and others called the police.

Outstanding suite with a bath tube and comfortable beds. The owners are superb hosts and made our stay a 10!!

Very individual de-consecrated church made into a house with rooms. The rooms were so nicely put together. It was very comfortable. The town was tiny, so not much to do there, but were were just cycling through so totally matched our needs. Supermarket in town too to top up for the next day. Really nice place. Very individual and fun.

The coffee at breakfast was the worst I had all week in NL! Relatively minor really!

a very interesting place to stay, a beautifully converted church with good facilities & very handy for Leiden or the coast. The bedrooms are very good, spacious, quirky details and with a place to eat, good bathroom and super comfy bed. nice breakfast too.

I traveled for work. They only provided a pro-forma invoice, though I requested a normal one two times. Still not get proper invoice

It is a really unique place, the rooms are extremely large for Leiden/Netherlands, and it is right next to the 20/21 bus, which is really convenient.

My room had a consistent sound like water running through a pipe. It was not loud, but I find noises like that a bit irritating.

Kind people in the accommodation! The building is amazing, we were very excited. Amazing breakfast (veeery big), comfortable bed, the room and bathroom were designed in a modern style. There is a big shop near by, streets are clean a people are smiling. :) Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!
