Beautiful hotel in the centre of Valencia, great location close to shops/sights/restaurants. Hop on/off bus stop two or three mins walk away from hotel. Lots of wonderful architecture and things to see close by if you prefer a walking tour. Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming, likewise the lounge bar staff. We travelled with our 13yo son and booked a suite. Decorated in calming colours, the suite had some lovely design details. We all slept well, the large king bed was extremely comfortable and the sofa bed had been made up ready and treats left for our son. We would use this hotel again.

L’insonorisation du couloir n’était pas très bonne. La porte d’accès au roof top claquait régulièrement… pas top quand votre chambre est à proximité…

The storage in the room was very unsufficient (room 206) We could not hang all our clothes, no drawers at all, no coat hangers on the wall. Same in the bathroom, no storage possibility at all. The breakfast was ok, but complicated. 3 step breakfast??? They want to serve all by themselve, with long duration as consequence. Why not put the drinks to take them yourselve? It makes the staff run like hell, losing time for the rest.

Roberta is the best host I had for years and I really travel a lot! She is so friendly and helpful and speaks fluent Spanish Italian and English. Roberta is a real added value for this great hotel!

Location was great. Bed was super comfortable!

Lack of table space, tiny bedside table, useless and tiny table in corner with coffee machine etc and tiny lamp, no where to put anything. Also, my husband had eggs Benedict for breakfast. He had to send it back as the white of the egg was transparent and watery, completely inedible. The waitress returned with it and said the chef said this is the way it should be, he declined but was annoyed, they offered something else but everything took so long to come we didn’t want to waste any more time there.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig da nicht direkt an einer Hauptstrasse gelegen. Zimmer hübsch und Betten bequem. Netter Empfang und sehr malerische Dachterasse für das Frühstück.
