- Very close to eateries. 7E just few steps away from the hotel

Room 777 :
1) Shower / Bath heater is not functioning
2) Upper floor - aircond auto switch off like every 4 hr. Cannot swing too.
3) Upper floor - toilet doorknob need to be fixed
4) Lower floor - bathmat too dirty, please change
5) Lower floor - bathub/jacuzzi got leftover hairs from previous guests
6) The lamp near the staircase on & off. Pls fix.
7) Only be given 1 room-card
For the price that we had paid, we did not expect the above issue to be happened. Please improve.

The location was great, but the the room was not clean, the floor is sticky, the bed is hard as well the noisy is loud form outside. As well the stuff is not friendly (like for real I being super honest here) on the morning I say good morning to her she look at me and look away and ignore lol like…okay conclusion the over stay I give it a 3/10 experience, sorry to say this but I would rather go for other hotel in this area instead….
The location is great, surrounded with shops and restaurant that are easy to go. Other then the location is not good…

Worth for the price. Facilities was great. I choose to stay here because they offer extra large + single bed which is suitable for family. With lower price.

Good location. Surrounding area can find foods easily.
Overall room consider dirty and uncomfortable. Toilet is too small and there is no step between shower and basin area. Toilet basin is leaking. Safe box is small can't even put our ipad.

location is convenient; cannot remember if there was a 7-11 previously but having it there now makes it really convenient
shower room design can be better. Water from the shower constantly threatens to flood the toilet when one is having a shower. Interim solution is to place the bath tower on the floor...which then again, not ideal as the thought of that very tower is to be re-used by another guest. (yes, it will be washed but back home, you do not use a floor rag as a towel do you?)

Everything is good but just the jacuzzi bath tub need to repair, the water is not hot and very slow
