Ron and Lyn's property is exceptional. Bright, spacious, modern and exceptionally clean, it has all the comforts of home. There was nothing Ron and Lyn didn't think about for their guests. Coffee machine and pods, plenty of crockery and cutlery, even little plates, bowls and cups for the kids, right down to toilet paper, tissues and air freshener. There is a great dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, kettle and toaster and a full size fridge. This apartment provided plenty of space for the 5 of us. Set on the first level we enjoyed the lush gardens and had access to parking, internet and a couple of different TVs. We will definitely be back and want to thank Ron and Lyn for their hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great stay at On the Beach at Peppers.
The apartment was perfect with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone their own space. The balcony was fairly private and almost felt like you were looking out into the rainforest.
Then a short walk presents you with all the great facilities of Peppers Beach Club and various restaurant options.
Highly recommend.

This is a great apartment and great complex for families with kids. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was modern and tastefully appointed. It had a peaceful outlook over some lush tropical gardens. The car space was very handy too.
The Peppers Beach Club complex is amazing, especially for kids with the lagoon pool, a separate heated pool and a spa. We all loved our stay here and are very happy to highly recommend this accommodation to others.

The Accomodation: Brilliant apartment for family of 4 with full access to everything at ‘Peppers Beach Club’ in Palm Cove including pools, gym + tennis court. Location is super as easy short walk to cafes, restaurants and beach. Apartment is clean + spacious. Only very minor downside is need to take short flight of stairs to accomodation which could be tricky for elderly couple with heavy luggage as no elevator. The double balcony with outdoor spa is pretty special!
The Hosts: Hosts gave clear articulate and honest communication and always gave quick and positive responses. Property is very well cared for and, as such, is easy to keep clean.
The Town: Palm Cove has great places to eat but very average shopping. Activities are fairly dependent on weather being good. Palm Cove is an amazing spot for a family holiday with kids.

We stayed for 10 days and for our family of 5 the accomodation never felt small. It was a homely feeling, welcoming apartment. The storage was unbelievable, the kitchen was brilliant and the 2 bathrooms were great sizes! We all felt very comfortable while being away from home. This property is excellent, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very handy for our family's stay. We would definitely stay here again. One of the pools in the complex was being upgraded, which blocked off the main walkway access to the apartment, there was a detour but it wasn't accessible with a pram and luggage, so we had to frequently take the long way around.

We really enjoyey our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for our family of 4. It was spacious, clean and nicely furnished, with a wonderful balcony that looked out through the trees. Located on the beach front, we were close to great restaurants and our kids loved the three pools. Our hosts also had plenty of time to answer any of our questions. Peppers is a fabulous resort and this was our second stay.
This unit was disappointing . Small in size , poor location some distance from the lagoon pool and up 2 flights of stairs.
The towel situation was terrible . There were no fresh towels available and the ones we had were very thin and ended up sopping wet.
It’s hard to dry things in the humidity so had to use the dryer to manage.
The unit was cheaply furnished ( KMart ) and very plain .
I messaged the owner re the car space being occupied already , but received no response.
We had a great holiday but would not stay in this particular unit again.
There is a wide variation in the privately owned accommodations.

Just wanted to thank Ron and Lynn for letting us this incredible unit within the Peppers Palm Cove Resort.
We stayed a week with two kids and the unit itself was first class. It has everything you need as a home away from home. Everything is catered for from the kitchen and air conditioning to the laundry. The luxurious spa bath out on the balcony was a hit with the whole family. The unit itself was in a quite location in the resort and we all slept incredibly well, particularly due to the comfortable beds in the unit.
Ron was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay and the check in and check out procedure is seamless.
We hope to book again in the future.

Peppers Beach Club is the ultimate relaxation place to stay in Palm Cove. This was our 7th time staying at Peppers as a family and our first time in this unit.
Unfortunately the "unit" we booked through Stayz in August 2021 was not what we were given. Despite contacting the owner about certain amenities, we were left short.
There was no wifi in the unit, negating the smart tv as advertised. Phone coverage was extremely limited inside the unit. When I contacted the owner, his advice was to speak to the front desk which I did and they advised because the unit was privately owned, the owner needs to provide it. It is advertised on their Stayz AND other booking pages.
When the unit was booked, there was a car for use and on checking prior to our holiday, there was no car available due to a sale of the unit (fair enough). We then hired a car at a premium price and disappointingly we found signage in the room that there was a car available. We discovered this car with owners contact details in the car space we were entitled to use. The owner was notified we were hiring a car at our own expense and there was no offering of the available car. Had I not done my own double checking, we would have missed out on hiring a car (due to school holidays) and day trips (Cape Tribulation, Port Douglas, Hatley's Crocodile Farm, Skyrail to Kuranda and Mossman River float trip) with our children would have been cancelled and we lost money for booked day trips.
Whilst our family love Peppers Palm Cove, what we got in our unit was not up to the standard of other privately owned units we have previously stayed in over the past 12 years. Unfortunately for us, what we were quoted and paid for, was not what we got.

We have just had 9 fantastic nights at Ron & Lyn’s apartment. The space was ample, the views from the balcony just beautiful. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Rooms were quiet and so clean. Kitchen has helpful things like salt pepper, gladwrap, dishwasher tablets. Peppers itself is just fantastic. Pool is perfect for kids. A wonderGil famiky holiday.

We loved how it was close to the awesome pool, with sandy beach and pool had endless supply of toys for my young children.
Excellent hotel facilities, but the most important for us was it was in the middle of the action at Palm Cove, where the shopping area was, as well as great restaurants at walking distance. Ron & Lyn were great hosts, always contactable , and ever so helpful. Thanks guys we had a great time, hopefully we will be back soon!

We had the best time, 2A 2C at this property. Very spacious, Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to live comfortably for a week. Was pleasantly surprised to find the owners supplied ample amounts of things like laundry and dishwashing detergents, toliet paper, hand soaps, glad wrap etc

Apartment is beautifully decorated and well considered for its occupants, with a Nespresso machine (with plenty of pods to satisfy your caffeine cravings) to very good supply of dishwasher tablets, laundry washing liquid etc
Apartment was very clean and looked recently renovated - beds were super comfy. Pool area, resort amenities were spot on as usual.
Ron was quick to respond and was very nice to deal with, self check in/check out process was very convenient, we will be back!
