The couch definitely needs replacing sitting on it you can feel all the rails and when you pull the bed part out it is falling apart my son slept in the floor instead of on it other than that it was good but that should be definitely be replaced

The property was in bad shape and I had to send pictures of all the damage because I didn’t want to be charge for it.

This is a great location and the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views. The water came so close to the building in the mornings, it almost felt like the ocean was all around us. The 16-th floor offered a great view of nearby attractions and city. We even saw dolphins right out of the living room window on our last day there. There were plenty of beds for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, so we were able to cook our meals. There was a peer nearby and it had a great restaurant overlooking the ocean to which we could just walk from the hotel. We also walked to the Sky wheel on the sandy shore, which took about 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

Parking was not very convenient as it is located across the street. You could temporarily park by the main entrance to unload luggage, but there were too many people, even off season, and it was difficult to find a spot. We rented our room through a vacation property that listed in Booking.com. The vacation property required a photo ID emailed to them within a certain time period, which I did. Somehow, they did not get my ID and cancelled my reservation. They were able to fix the issue once I contacted them about it, but this caused some nervous energy. The vacation rental also charges $200 deposit upfront, in addition to the actual room fee, in case you incur damage to the room or any items inside the room. The deposit gets returned about a week after your stay if nothing was damaged, but I found it to be an odd rule and this was the first time we had to deal with this type of policies.

Kitchen is very nice and clean. Linens clean. View spectacular.

Main door access was difficult. Carpets need major update, very dirty. Furniture in living room also needs updating roomwas uncomfortable. Toilet handle in master bath needs repair. Needs another chair for deck (only 3, should be 4). Windows are very dirty. Towels are old, ratty and small.

I like the view and the location you can walk to the amusement park.

Very good location breakfast

The view and the proximity to the beach. The view was amazing.

Dirty. Food, dust and dirt on cabinets, floors, walls. The tub was dirty. The couch was uncomfortable. Actually, nowhere to sit that was comfortable. All the furniture and cabinetry were in poor shape.

We chose the location because it was on the beach. What we got was something better! Everything was within walking distance and we didn't have to load 4 kids in a car the whole trip. The swimming pools and hot tubs were great when it was raining or when the kids didn't want to be on the beach.

I loved that we had a washer and dryer, but the dryer was leaving black marks all over everything. Our towels and clothes were damaged from it. The thought of staining the white towels made me so anxious that I didn't want to use them. I understand the need to keep them clean, but when you're at the beach with 4 kids, it's a difficult task. We used the condo's towels.

ceiling was dirty by the air vents. had to ask for clean sheets by texting pictures of the stained sheets.

The location was great and so was the view.

We had 5 people and there was not enough furniture unless you wanted to sit on kitchen chairs. The pull out bed is awful. I cannot imagine anyone sleeping on this for even a night. It was dirty and all wore out.

Liked that we didn’t have to keep up with room keys and didn’t have to wait in line in the lobby. Just had to pick up our parking pass and that was it to check in. And, there’s always plenty of towels and bed linens here.

The only thing I don’t like about this resort is the parking. You have to park across the road and back into a lot that’s not well lit up. Didn’t feel safe at night.
