Everything about my stay was perfect, easy communication with the hosts. They very kindly kept my luggage so I could head off for the afternoon, without having to carry my bags around all afternoon. Everything you could possibly need, all provided including cold beverages in the fridge, multiple flavours of tea, wide selection of coffees with Nespresso machine. Fantastic bathroom with an amazing shower, nice fresh white linen and towels all provided. Extremely comfortable bed with Netflix, Disney+ etc available. The decoration in the room is beautiful, a fantastic space with high quality shower gels, shampoos, conditioner and hand soap. Fantastic central location, metro across the road, 30 minute walk from Centraal Station. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay in this beautiful property!!

Beautiful place to stay, extremely comfortable. The location is also superb with a metro right outside the front door. Julia was a great host and really friendly!

Spacious and very clean suite right off the metro. Stocked with everything you need plus more. Room is beautifully decorated and uses locally sourced products. I felt so at home and didn’t want to leave.
Nothing but if I had to recommend something I would say to include tampons/pads in the bathroom.

Quiet, central location. Very clean. Large and comfortable bed. Loved the little extras, like snacks and drinks. Great hosts.
We didn't have an issue with this, but be aware that the stairs are VERY steep.

Spacious, comfortable and the only visitors as there is just one room, very clean, well equipped, owned by local people, quirky, generally very quiet in a busy area, attractive area within canal network, great location and close to Rijksmuseum, excellent transport links, plentiful places to eat/drink nearby.
Very little but the Wi-Fi dropped out briefly at times. Occasional noise from the host family above.

Very special secluded room with excellent facilities in a fabulous location.
You need to be aware that there are steps to get to the room. Fine for us but maybe not for everyone.

Close proximity to M station, easy to find foods to eat, clean and ample supply of tea and coffee, Julia was very helpful and helped with booking our dinner. The room was spacious enough for two.
No breakfast, toilet and bathroom are separate, and hand washing unit in another place. Sound proofing not optimal and can get noisy when the host are talking upstairs.

Very nice decor with comfy bed and a good shower
Unfortunately we had a lot of noise our second night there until gone 2am but I don’t think that is necessary normal. The room is a little dark.

We loved the location, the posh modern styling of the suite, the homey touches like the snacks our hosts left and we loved how spacious and organized it was!
If I had to pick something, I would say the stairs but I think they still add to the charm of staying in a traditional Dutch home!

Stunning apartment in a great location. Looked exactly as pictured - very stylish, super clean and we really appreciated the little thoughtful touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julia was an amazing host. Easy check in and check out, with a metro stop right across the street and walkable to the city centre & park. Thank you, would highly recommend and absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, super beautiful and spacious room and very nice extra touches with free stroopwafels and delicious coffee/tea. Location is very central too with metro station in front and lovely neighborhood.
WiFi wasn't strong enough to work on, but phone 4G connection was good though to be able to hotspot. Otherwise perfect!

Beautiful property and location. The owner was very accommodating and sincere to our level of comfort.
The property was equipped with a thermostat however we did not have the ability to adjust our own temperature ourselves. We had the option to use a desk top fan or to open a large window but this allowed for the mosquitoes to come in. It was extremely hot inside and out. We would consider staying again but in cooler temperatures

We loved the room! All pictures reflected what we got. Very nice and modern room and basically very quite for pretty noisy Amsterdam. And it is very spacious. Of course it needs to be mentioned that there are steep steps up and down, but since this is typical for Amsterdam, I do not mention it as a negative but for people who need to know and consider that. It is a good sport :-) The location is just perfect and so are the hosts Julia and Alexander! THANK YOU so much for a perfect stay!

Very stylish designed big room. Bed was comfortable. Owners are very nice people. Location is great.
Shower didn’t work properly after the midnight (I guess because of the water heater mode). There are two high flights of tiny stairs, could be difficult to get in for some categories of people.

Unfortunately during our stay (3 nights) on the first night and on our last morning we had to take shower with icecold water. For the money we paid for 3 nights it was more painful😢
The owner, who lives in the same building with her family didn't know the reason why we didn't have warm water.

the location was great. the hosts were incredibly welcoming. the space was beautiful, comfortable, and just what we needed. everything is walkable, including some of the outer neighborhoods so it was all very convenient.

Julia was a great host. The room is in a superb location, extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Lovely decor and bed was super comfortable. Very spacious, which is a rare
find in Amsterdam city centre.
Wifi connection was poor, was bordering on weak to cutting out completely. I informed the host who advised it was a problem in the area during my stay.
