It's a lovely place to stay, especially in the winter with the illumination. The staff is great and the facilities are clean. For a business hotel, the rooms are actually pretty large.

Not much to be honest.

There was so much to see and do. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at Together was great. We bought delicious pastries for breakfast. The fountain show was fun, the kids liked it. The Goldfish Aquarium is cute. Great experience for our first time staying at a Japanese resort.

We were disappointed that there was not a family onsen where we could all bathe together, but that is on us for not being more specific in our questions.

The view was amazing,the light show was good.

It was dated, not that clean, expensive.

Room was comfy, the bathroom small (as usual in Japan) but functional.

Bit out of the way and shuttle bus only runs limited times. For example the first one to leave in the morning is at 9:30am, which means if you want to leave early you will have to take a taxi.

I was travelling with a group but staying in a room by myself, in that sense, the room was perfect though very cramped for most foreigners. I could speak Japanese, but in spite of this, I found the staff not to be overly friendly or helpful. Nobody told us that there was a free bus to take us where we needed to go, even though we explained where we were going and they let us call a taxi anyway. Wouldn't it have been simple to suggest that there was a free bus shuttle service, especially as I could speak Japanese!! And when I asked for directions to an area nearby, the staff insisted it would take me over an hour to get there and almost laughed at me to think that I could get there on foot. In actual fact, it took just over 20mins. Please ask these staff to learn more about their area so that they can assist staying customers better. The restaurants, shops & cafes would also be great if they opened a little later. On the positive side, there is a lot to see and do here and especially right now with the illuminations show, very pretty!
