Spacious and well-equipped apartment, closed to the convenient shops and train station. Great communication with the owner.

The mini kitchen is a bit underwhelming but that’s still ok as we ate out mostly. The pillows are too low and flat for the liking of all of us family with older kids.

Not easy to contact the staff. Should provide the telephone number. It is perfect if there are the toaster and iron.

The location is central and close to the train station. The apartment is clean and the bathroom is large by Tokyo standards.

The bedding (futons) were very thin and uncomfortable. The walls of the apartment are very thin and noise reverberated through the building. There was a lot of noise from the adjoining apartments. The stairs up to the apartment were steep and narrow - difficult to negotiate with luggage. Oh

Location is perfect yet very quiet. So many facilities(shops and restaurants etc) around the area.

Everything in the house was new and clean. we loved having Japanese toilet and bathroom with clothes drying system.

Tatami mat was getting a little damaged.

The place is new, and clean. It is very near Starbucks, 7-11, Family Mart, and train station. It is near Shibuya. I recommend this place to tourists who wish to enjoy Tokyo. The host is very responsive. Thank you!
