Recommend staying here if in Louisville! Had everything we needed and it was great to be able to have our dogs stay with us!

Overall very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was great! The checkin was easy. It’s proximity to the expo and everywhere was perfect. The house was clean, well organized and great for families. We enjoyed evenings in the backyard watching fireflies and relaxing. Just perfect for us!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We stayed for a concert at the exposition center; the house was close enough that we were able to walk to the expo center. The owner is very polite and responded to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay here while in Louisville!

Comfortable furniture in living room (and we've stayed where the furniture was awful. This one was great.) Fully stocked kitchen. No dishwasher but we didn't miss it. Beds good. Pillows are meh, but we were told new ones are coming! Location was good for getting on the interstate and getting around Louisville. WONDERFUL pizza place on corner of Morgan and Preston. Ate there twice. Trains and Planes MIGHT bother some people. Not us. After bourbon tours, not much did! Overall, a quiet neighborhood. Fenced back yard great for letting our dogs out. We stays with them when outside but I didn't see any problems with the fence where they could out. Fabulous shower but water pressure was too low to enjoy it. Owner notified about that. Bathroom supplied great. Extra towels and toilet paper, which was nice. (We stayed at one VRBO where we were allocated ONE ROLL of toilet paper per week! LOL) Ceiling fans everywhere. That was nice. A+ for the owner who was available and responsive.

Stayed the weekend at this property with 2 friends. Close enough to downtown to have a cheap Uber and far enough from the traffic. Close to downtown, the highlands, and St. Matthews areas. Would stay here again. Easy check in and out process,

The home was clean, and neatly kept. Bathroom amenities were available (extra toothbrushes, combs, etc.). Wifi password was displayed and there was a nice book with info on the home. To me, the house should sleep 4, but there is an option for 4 more in the basement. It is a basement with beds. It was clean, and smelled nice. The owner was pleasant to communicate with.

Needed a house for a few days while attending a conference. We had 3 adults. Bedrooms were perfect. Bathroom was very nice. We didn't need kitchen but it was clean, updated, and nice. Had a basement with extra beds that came in handy and would be good if you had more people staying with you. Owner was very helpful and great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

We were attending a 3 day volleyball tournament at the Expo with our daughter, and traveling with our small dog. This house was perfect - very clean and tidy. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the Expo, which was convenient for us. The property is also pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. The house was very clean and well-equipped - the kitchen has all the basics you might need (including coffee, cooking oil, and basic seasonings), and the bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and fluffy clean towels. There is an Aldi nearby to get anything you might need, and a few restaurants in the area. The weather was chillier than expected, but the house was very cozy and warm. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you and we look forward to staying here again!

3 friends and I stayed at this property to attend a trading card convention, and we had a wonderful time largely thanks to this Vrbo. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for us. The location was so close to the expo it made it very nice! The owner was supper easy to work with and very quick to respond with any questions. Hoping to stay again next year!

We had a comfortable stay at this pet friendly home. Kids enjoyed the basement area and the huge shower. Back yard is now gated and fully fenced in for outside time with Fido. Property manager was accessible and proactive but not overbearing. Check in was a breeze, entirely initiated by him. Well stocked with amenities., lovely towels. Conveniently located. We did not regret our decision.

My stay was very easy and comfortable

First off the property was clean which goes very far with me. Next, Daniel is a great communicator, no problems at all with checking in or out. The back yard is now fenced in which was great for our dogs. The heater worked perfectly, it did get down to 16 degrees one night. The location is convenient but you are very close to the airport, the expressway, and the train tracks. If you’re coming from a rural area, it may seem a bit loud, but after one night it becomes background noise. (The trains never blow their horns and aren’t moving fast when they come through. The airport depends on which direction UPS is taking off and landing that night. I’m a retired pilot. The expressway traffic does drop off at night. ) None of these are near being a show stopper, but you should be aware if it. The neighborhood felt very safe, it’s an older blue collar neighborhood that’s minutes from Churchill Downs, Downtown, the Zoo and many Louisville attractions. All in all, a great spot for families and families with pets.

Stocked well with common household items, toiletries and linens. Pet friendly but the yard is not gated. Pet owners need to be aware they’ll have to take dogs out on leash. Neighboring dogs aren’t friendly and made me uncomfortable. I alerted the homeowner as he was not aware. Neighbors are very nice and dogs watched out for us. Felt safe walking my dogs in the neighborhood. Everyone spoke. Low traffic area. Children at play. Observed lots of rabbits frolicking about. It was seriously cute. There’s a train track across the street but the trains pass by very slow and it’s not bothersome. My daughter thought it was cool seeing them. No horn blowing or anything. Close to grocery shopping and convenient stores. The bathroom is amazing. The shower is better then the one in my own home, I think! Lol. Beds were comfortable. WiFi and Netflix worked well. Landlord was incredibly responsive and kind. Patio area is nice and has a table with chairs. A grill would be a nice addition. 🥰� Tons of parking! Enough for around 5/6 cars if needed. Lawn was kept nicely. Ring doorbell on premises for safety. Additional interior door locks were a nice added safety feature. Laundry machines worked well and were clean. Great choice for a short term stay in Louisville and I’m a local, so that says a lot.

A nice quite place , the outside does no justice for the inside. we were blown away with the inside . The shower in the bathroom alone is worth renting this place. Feels Like Home I would Recommend to anyone thats traveling in or to that area.

Owner was great to deal with, house was located close to down town and only 1.5 miles from the Megacavern and zoo. We will be back.

The owner made check-in and check-out very easy, and seems to be a great guy. He even let us in early to drop off some of our belongings and to change clothes. I was weary of the neighborhood at first after I Google-mapped it as street view and went down the block in a couple different directions, but it turned out to be a quiet neighborhood with a nice, fenced-in backyard neighboring another well-kept backyard. It was conveniently located near a grocery store with great prices and was a perfect location for spending two days at Kentucky Kingdom. There were seven people in my group. Girls ages 5 & 7. Two 12 yr old boys, 25 year old male and female, and a 46 year old woman. This house was better than a couple of hotel rooms because we were able to spread out a bit more and go outside or in another room. The shower was wonderful! The main reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was due to evidence of previous guests such as 2 small opened bottles of alcohol in the freezer, an opened bag of Cheetos and an opened box of crackers in the cabinet along with some male-enhancemet pills found in a bedroom drawer (we disposed of them). I'm glad the pills were discovered by my oldest instead of one of the young ones. We didn't bring it to the owner's attention, but now I'm thinking that we should have. Aside from that, it is a child-friendly home and we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable might have been better seating arrangements that would allow for eating together, and perhaps a few more forks. But all in all, it was a nice place and we all had a very good time.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay here. Everything in the house has been updated and felt very cozy. The host Daniel was also very welcoming and nice and made checking in and out a breeze. We highly recommend this place!
