«The Perch» offre une vue imprenable dans une maison exécutive bien aménagée. Nous avons entendu beaucoup de gens dire: "Wow, c'est la meilleure vue de la vallée!". Perché à flanc de colline, profitez d'une vue magnifique sur la station de ski et la vallée.
Les espaces de vie, de cuisine et de salle à manger ouverts permettront à votre groupe de créer de fantastiques souvenirs de Fernie. La table à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. La cuisine spacieuse est idéale pour se divertir avec un grand îlot pouvant accueillir trois personnes et une cuisinière à gaz gastronomique.
Réveillez-vous pour regarder le soleil se lever sur la gamme Lézard depuis le lit king-size de la chambre principale ou depuis la chambre queen au deuxième étage. Les enfants (ou les adultes ressemblant à des enfants) peuvent s'installer dans des lits superposés dans la troisième chambre (un lit double et trois lits simples).
Il y a deux zones de divertissement; Détendez-vous et détendez-vous sur une grande section dans le salon principal où vous profiterez d'un foyer au gaz et d'une télévision, ou montez à l'étage où vous trouverez une zone de loisirs avec tennis de table et une deuxième télévision avec de nombreux sièges pour vos amis.

First time in Fernie…absolutely Beautiful place… The Perch completely lived up to our expectations and the pics and descriptions were spot on!! Most definitely a place to stay while in Fernie….ummm, we’ll definitely be returning…!! 👍👍👍

Stayed at this property for a week in late summer. Everything was as advertised. The deck was awesome. We used it every night for daily recaps and next day planning. There may have been adult beverages involved. The sky was crystal clear. We saw several shooting stars and numerous satellites. Close to town. Quiet. We would definitely recommend.

This property is lovely. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The wonderful west facing deck was, so unfortunately, without any shade so unusable much of the day. An umbrella or shade sail would have helped enormously as the views are brilliant.
We did look hard for the blender butone one.

Awesome experience. Clean, updated, great water pressure, a quick walk to downtown Fernie. We will definitely stay here again when we come back and visit with our family- thank you so much for being a great host!

The property was great- beautiful place! The view from the balcony was amazing! Had a minor problem with the fridge but hosts were quick and ready to help us solve it. Would come back again.

Weekend stay with family and friends for hockey tournament. Spacious and well appointed accommodation. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the ski hill in the distance. Children loved the ping pong table.

This is a large modern house with three separate bedrooms and lots of beds for everyone. It's located very close to the mountain and has beautiful views.
The hosts were very helpful and communicative. Any questions or concerns i had were dealt with quickly and helpfully.
The place is large, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again should we need accommodations in Fernie.

The view is lovely but there are a few opportunities for improvement. There were very few towels and the ones there were very thin and old. Guests are unable to adjust the thermostat so despite the weather being warm, we had to sleep in our hiking fleece. Many of the dishes were cracked and chipped. With some investment in household items, this would be a lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Perch! Beautiful views of the mountains, and clean and well designed inside. Our host was very organized and communicated efficiently. We loved the gas fireplace and cozy setting. Fernie is a lovely place - "a small town with a big heart", as one local put it.
Highly recommended both the town and the Perch.

It was a very nice house with lots of room. The rec room with the ping pong table was a hit or more like a family competition.

Great house, lots of stairs for those sleeping unstairs. Very hard to get TV working as reciever wasn't working. Had to call for help. Great fridge, stove. Lots of pots and pans and tools for cooking. Good BBQ. Nice and quiet. Fireplace was very usefull.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful rental home. Awesome views and comfortable settings in every room.
Well appointed kitchen made it easy to cook meals in, and the house is a short drive into town for restaurant dining as well.
We really loved the house! We used every amenity including the ping pong table, upstairs rec room, puzzles, etc. Bonus was seeing two moose on the road near the property.
The hosts were lovely and checked in with us throughout our stay. I couldn't recommend this home more :)

We were 2 families who stayed 2 nights at this beautiful home in Fernie. We were there for a ski weekend. There was no fresh snow but the skies were crystal clear so we could enjoy the spectacular view from the house. It was a quick drive to the ski resort and the house was close enough to downtown to make it easy to run out and pick up food/essentials from town. The loft area was great for the 4 boys to hang out and play. Boys are loud though, and the open floor plan and wood/tiled floors made them seem extra loud. The kitchen in the house is huge, the master bathroom is amazing with a fantastic shower. The kids bunk room was perfect for the 4 boys to stay together. We loved it and would stay again.

The property had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of skiing. For anyone who still had some energy, the ping pong table was a hit.
The kitchen was well equipped. The ski hill is only a 5 minute drive away. And the view was spectacular!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We stayed for 4 nights with two families of four and the space was perfect for all of us. The loft area with the ping pong table was the perfect hang out spot for the teenage kids. Gorgeous kitchen to cook in and plenty of space for everyone. So close to town, easy to get to and truly such a beautiful home. Watching the sun set out on the deck with the mountain view was wonderful. :)

We enjoyed the beauty of this house, the view, the location and everything in the house was premium quality, perfectly clean, and virtually brand new. Master bedroom shower was a special treat.

The Perch in Fernie BC is a beautiful place to stay. The house is immaculate. The views of the Three Sisters are stunning. The house has everything that you need. The owners were super fast in responding to our query.

Beautiful house with easy access to downtown Fernie. Check in was easy, host was responsive, house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Our only complaint was that check out is at 10am. They were upfront about it in the listing, but that’s really early! Other than that, everything was great.

Clean, great views! Kids loved games and ping pong! Nice stocked kitchen for pots/etc but limited spices, cooking oil, or pantry items. Loved our stay and we had fun experiencing Fernie!

Great weekend in The Perch
The house is a great family holiday retreat-lovely modern design with cathedral ceilings and and amazing view of the ski hill, great kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of room to sleep up to 10 people. The ping pong table was a nice bonus. Close to ski hill but not ski in ski out. The hosts were helpful not intrusive and even refunded me fee for an extra guest who could not attend. Overall experience very positive and would rent this property again.
