Very good localization, friendly host, clean room

A little far from center but with car its ok.

I and my family had a wonderful stay. The location is 10-15 mins walk from city center. The owners showed us around the city and recommended some places to eat. We took offer for tours from owner's as well and couldn't be happier with our choice. Recommend it 100%

The owners of the appartment were so friendly and the man would bring us everyday to the city centre of Tbilisi. The two bedrooms were very big with a nice and comfortable bed in it.

The bathroom was a little bit cold, but for the price we payed for the appartment it was nog problem at all to us.

Everything was great especially the owner who was the landlord and lived on the ground floor of the building. Although the level of English was very limited but his kindness didn't need a language to transfer. In general, we had a pleasant stay.

The explanation on booking.com was not quite complete. I am not sure whether that's up to booking.com or landlord but accuracy is important. Examples: 1) It was clearly mentioned FREE pick up from the airport. But in reality, we had to pay. When I questioned I was told it would be free if the son (whom I dealt with and was an amazing gentleman and very supportive and helpful) was in Tbilisi and when we travelled he wasn't so we were charged for airport pick up. 2) There was no mention of stairs to the flat. In fact, they was a swirling metal staircase which wasn't an issue for us but I think it should definitely be mentioned. I was planning to have my father to join us but luckily he couldn't. If he did, there was no way he could come up those stairs. It is important for it to be mentioned.

Especially thank you the owner Irakli.We arrived early,so he shows us the city by his car until the room was cleaned. The property is not far from city centre.We walked just 15 minutes to get to the city centre. It's easy to find the priperty and also it is not far from metro station Avlabari. The room was cleany.It has its kitchen.
