Baku is a fascinating city to visit, with a rich history and culture that's worth exploring. During my recent trip, I stayed at the Aksent Hotel and found it to be a great base for exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit many of Baku's top attractions, such as the Old City, the Flame Towers, and the Heydar Aliyev Center. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to return to the hotel's cozy and comfortable room. I would definitely recommend the Aksent Hotel to anyone visiting Baku. THERE IS A PERSON THAT WANT EVERY DAY MONEY FOR THE FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. IT IS BAD!!!

Equipment are new. There was cleaning every day. Good location. Internet was fast. Possibility of early check-in.

Small rooms. Bad sound-isolation became a problem because our neighbour were very noisy at night so we couldn't sleep well. No signs that smoking is forbidden so guest smoked calm and often. We changed 2 rooms before staff can find us less smelled of cigarettes room. Event in this room we can smell if other guests smoked in their room. Staff even not hide that previous quest smoked 4 month when he lived there are. Even staff allowed himself to vape in their working place on reception in the building that was totally not acceptable for us!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Ayhan and Anwar. Very cooperative and willing to help at all times. The breakfast was great. Fast, fun and friendly service. Highly recommended
