Modern Apartment walking distance to the Heart of Downtown Charlottetown
Cet appartement 1 chambre récemment rénové se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du cœur du centre-ville de Charlottetown. Juste sur l'avenue, vous êtes à proximité des épiceries, des restaurants et le bus s'arrête juste devant.
Cet espace est situé au deuxième étage de notre immeuble avec votre propre entrée extérieure personnelle. Il y a un lit queen avec un canapé-lit (lit double). Nous avons l'air conditionné et un ventilateur debout pour les chaudes journées d'été.
Notre salon et notre cuisine sont à aire ouverte. La cuisine est équipée d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un four micro-ondes. Il y a une cafetière, un grille-pain, des casseroles et des poêles, de la vaisselle, des verres, des couverts et plus encore pour votre commodité. Nous fournissons à nos clients une Apple TV, Netflix et le wifi gratuit.
La salle de bain a une douche debout, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. Nous avons des serviettes de plage et de bain, et quelques petits extras de salle de bain si vous oubliez quelque chose à la maison.

Everything was great during our 5 night stay. Sparkling clean, fully furnished kitchen, nicely decorated and extra, thoughtful touches. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, attractive apartment in a good location. The reality was as good as or better than the photos on the listing. Easy ro get to almost anywhere on the Island.

This suite is beautifully decorated and has loads of extras like toothbrushes, deodorant etc for those that forget anything they need. There were beach towels in the closet along with sand toys as well. Upon entry you are greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks on the kitchen island. The fridge had water, drinks and a snack. The closet in the bedroom is huge with extra pillows and a blanket as well as lots of hangars. Conveniently located near amenities and walking distance to downtown. The hosts are a wonderful couple who are knowledgeable about the area and willing to make suggestions for dining and other activities. Be sure to pop into their store downstairs to have a chat. They are kind and very willing to accommodate your needs. There is a cute little duck in the bathroom which we have taken on a journey. So many finishing touches in this suite that deserve recognition as an exceptional place to stay in Charlottetown. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

We have enjoyed a terrific "off=season" mini holiday in this beautiful Province. Our hosts were so helpful, and the apartment was perfect, well appointed, very clean, and very convenient to both the city of Charlottetown and getting to airport, and other areas of the province.

The apartment is ideally located--we walked into town each evening--and perfectly outfitted. The hosts were exceptionally thoughtful and had everything was provided for. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will recommend this apt. to all our friends.

Cozy, clean, quiet, centrally located. Many generous details that we were not expecting ..including welcome notes, snacks and bathroom products.Hosts are extremely hospitable, available and extra helpful. A true gem of a place in the heart of Charlottetown . Would definitely recommend.

We were a group of 3 adults from Manitoba in PEI for the U15 Soccer Nationals. This property was conveniently located for the games at UPEI as well as restaurants within walking distance. They have one bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed. We bought groceries and cooked breakfast and lunch in the apartment. The apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated. The hosts went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We were able to check-in early and check-out late since it worked out for their schedule as well. They responded to any questions very quickly. Overall we would give a five star rating and definitely would return in the future.

First time to Charlottown & PEI. This apartment made our stay so enjoyable & it was in a fabulous location. Kelli & Philip were so wonderful & so helpful with restaurant & lots of other recommendations. We survived Hurricane Fiona with their help, so generous, concerned & caring hosts. We would highly recommend this rental while visiting Charlottown. Only negative comment is the extra charges that are added on as it was a VRBO rental & there is so many additional charges that were added that hotel rooms don’t have. So that was a surprise when booked the room through Expedia.

The apartment was so very clean when we arrived. Pictures reflected the property very well. Great spot for a couple. Close to downtown, harbour and restaurants. All within walking distance.
The property is located on a busy Main Street. The street noise was the only negative.

I stayed here for one week on a trip with my partner and his parents. We could not have been more pleased with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean with lots of storage and all the amenities you could want. Walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the many beaches nearby. Philip and Kelli were excellent hosts who checked in with us and provided great suggestions on local dining and attractions. If we come back to PEI we would definitely stay here again!

Great little gem in Charlottetown
Everything about this VRBO was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, easy check-in, lovely owner, parking and a great location. Grocery stores very close and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Home away from home
Exactly as advertised. Tastefully decorated, well appointed, spotless condo. Our hosts' thought of everything, from the welcome bottle of wine to enough coffee to get us started for a few days. We prepared a number of meals in the room and there wasn't a kitchen utensil, pot or pan that was missing.

Modern, clean and excellent location
This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in to date. The owners not only set you up will all the amenities and extras in their spotless property but they also respond quickly to any questions you might have. A close walk to the center town and definitely a rental I will be visiting again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Beautiful apartment, great location!
Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with everything you could need. Easy walk into historic Charlottetown to see the sights and visit the wonderful restaurants. Hosts Philip and Kelli were warm, welcoming and ready with recommendations for things to see and do. Would love to come back!

Charlottetown for University Hockey Nationals
Great location, nicely decorated, provided some forgotten toiletries, and kitchen well equiped. We visited Charlottetown on the offseason for a hockey tournament and can't wait to come back in the summer! Would definitley stay there again.

Comfortable lovely space close to everything in Charlottetown
The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. It was clean and modern and fully air conditioned . We had some very hot and humid days but so nice to have a cool place to sleep. The hosts had thought of everything down to a teapot which we always found not available. We loved the shower and fully renovated bathroom. The apartment is within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and many amenities . Lots of parking space and amazingly quiet .

Kelli & phillip were wonderful hosts. They left lots of thoughtful extras to enhance my stay. The decor of the apartment was lovely, very clean & modern. I found the street a bit noisy, but location was good I terms of easy walk to shops & restos. Overall a great week in the island !!

Perfect location to see all of PEI and easy to get around the city. Don’t miss Papa Joes restaurant a block away. Wonderful seafood and service.

Unbelievable experience
My wife and I came to PEI for the first time and we could not be happier with the property or the hosts. Philip and Kelli were amazing people and provided everything you could need for an amazing vacation. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be in a great location, in a clean and updated apartment, and being provided extra goodies for your stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Dave and I loved the location. Philip contacted me beforehand and welcomed me and provided details. The place was spotless with all new fixtures. It looked brand new. There was fruit, desserts and beverages in the fridge. We’ll stay there again!
