The water was always hot

The stove was not working and the lady Mabel Mathibela whom is the manager was rude and unhelpful. She never checked up on us when we went to visit. We called she did not help with directions. She lied that she will call the electrician which she never did. She was condescending whenever we called. Worst of all she never responded to texts either through bookings.com or WhatsApp. The couch was itchy, the tv was far from the bedroom. She was dishonest about parking we had make arrangements ourselves with the guards, we never felt safe during our stay. We had to leave a day before (yesterday coz of unbearable circumstances).

The whole loft, I think it has a lot personality. The open space concept gives it more room.

Not worth the price

The security guards were very friendly and efficient. The place itself was perfect for a cozy getaway. I also liked the fact that it was a generally quiet area. The host was also very attentive to our needs. Good Wi-Fi connection as well.

The dust from the construction work nearby traveled into the apartment and that wasn't great. But it didn't ruin things too much though.
