Loved the location; it was like we had our own personal beach in our backyard. Upstairs was cosey and warm. Perfect as a dog friendly home. Our dog was secure and safe outside. Walking track close by gave easy access into town
Downstairs rooms were quite cold; hallway heater only somewhat effective. No DVD player even though advertised.

The location is superb, and the facilities were very comfortable.
Some maintenance is lacking (eg front gate), and the bathrooms could do with a refresh.

Very good location within walking distance of beach and township. Clean and well maintained. Parking available in a locked garage. Beds were good very comfortable.
No wifi available and it should be for the price you pay. Washing machine needs work - spin cycle is poor. Having to bring your own towels, sheets, etc is not good enough. No soap or toiletries supplied. It was good to have a second bathroom but it was tiny.

The sleeping quarters were downstairs, which means you hear everything through the ceiling going on upstairs, every noise is amplified.
Also no wi-fi which I felt is necessary these days
Perhaps some curtains in the bedroom to reduce the light coming through too early in the morning would have been appreciated, Particularly in the 2nd bedroom.

Great location and the beach house was spacious on first level.
1. BBQ was old, dirty and not working
2. Lock handle sliding door on first level of the balcony was broken
3. Fly screen door on first level balcony was broken
4. Toaster was old and dirty
5. Bins were not emptied prior to us arriving

It was very clean, location was good, had all amenities.
The only downside was the shower as it was very, very small and having to bring your own sheets/towels/bath mat etc.

The location is walking distance to shops and beach, activities and restaurants. Great spot!
The house has bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs with balconies. Lovely layout and clean and practical. Wonderful holiday house to stay in.
