La cabaña es grande y amplia. Los cuartos son cómodos. Estaba muy limpio

We had a two bedroom. Very convenient and comfortable. It was very clean and had a kitchen with everything. Good location and very good price
It was all good, just that they included breakfast but it is just bread so we just went somewhere.

Al principio, una vez hecha la reserva, fue un poco complicado establecer contacto con el hotel, sin embargo, una vez llegada la fecha de llegada todo funcionó de maravilla.

The apartment was clean, it has good spaces and all the things you might need in a place like Calafate where you spend the day enjoying the outdoors.

Location was great and very close to the main avenue of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was brought the night before so it was easy for us in the morning.

A localização é os pois é próximo a cidade. Em 15 minutos a pé você estará no centro da cidade.
Ficamos indignados com a funcionária da pousada que quero efetuar a cobrança do dólar pelo dólar MEP e não o dólar do Banco Nacional da Argentina. Informamos que sabíamos que o que ela estava fazendo era errado, que estávamos constrangidos e el continuou tentando efetuar a cobrança. Quero que efetuássemos o pagamento sobre o dólar no importe de 850 pesos por dólar, ao invés dos 365 do que determina o BNA. Depois de informa que iríamos para a polícia e que aquele papel dela estava sendo completamente deplorável, ela “aceitou” o valor correto, mas declarou que: “éramos estrangeiros e poderíamos pagar” e “que soubesse disso não teria nos deixado se hospedar”. Sentimento que fica triste para a cidade, por ter uma pessoa que tenta usurpar o dinheiro do turista.

HOTEL COM ÓTIMO CUSTO BENEFÍCIO E A RECEPTIVIDADE FOI MUITO BOA. DOIS QUARTOS ESPAÇOSOS QUE ATENDERAM MUITO BEM, ASSIM COMO A SALA E COZINHA BEM EQUIPADA. HOTEL FICA NUM BAIRRO BEM CALMO E DISTANTE DO AGITO DA CIDADE.
O BANHEIRO PRECISA DE UMA PEQUENA REFORMA. EMBORA RELATIVAMENTE PRÓXIMO DA CIDADE, NÃO PODE SER CONSIDERADO UM HOTEL QUE FICA NO CENTRO, POIS ESTA EM CIMA DE UMA MONTANHA E A CAMINHADA ATÉ A RUA PRINCIPAL LEVA CERCA DE 30 MINUTOS. DURANTE A NOITE A VOLTA PARA O HOTEL CAMINHANDO É MAIS COMPLICADA.

Buen desayuno, electrodomésticos, limpieza del lugar y locación.
Nos saludó una bandurria en el jardín por la mañana.
La reserva siempre estuvo hecha para 5 personas.
Al llegar, solo habia cosas para 4 personas: toallones, camas, ropa de cama y desayuno
El sofá cama no tenia ni almohada ni ropa de cama. Y faltaba un desayuno...

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful
The cabin was steaming hot and there was no a/c or fan to cool the place. It was really unbearable to stay at the property. The cabin itself was basic but sufficient. The location is not great, at least 15 minutes walk to any place in the center of town. The continental breakfast was less than fair: a dry croissant that could not be eaten, one slice of bread with some jam and dulce de leche, and orange-flavored juice.

My family and I had a great time at Patagonia Austral Suites. The appointment is new and very comfortable. The host were extremely helpful and friendly.

Check in was very easy, the reception is around the corner. You can contact the host via what apps if you have any problem. The house was quite clean and neat. 10 minutes walking to city centre (up on hill) and few minutes walk to nearest grocery shop.
Shower drain was blocked in the first night but it was fixed in the second night. Dishwashing soap ran out in the first night but it was refilled in the second night. The host promised to bring the matches/lighter for cooking but never come back.

The rooms are spacious and the owner are very responsive with our questions. We had a rental car and the left the car at this apartment when we took a transfer to Puerto Natales. The rental company later picked up the car from this apartment owner without any problem.
