There were issues within the resort and condo when we first arrived but everything was taken care of quickly. We love the resort and the area. The condo had what we needed and we loved the view from the balcony. Can't wait to plan our next MB trip!

The property itself was as described, but for VRBO and people staying more than one night, many common things were missing. There were no garbage bags, soap, tissues, shampoo, detergent, nothing. The bedding had stains and the master bathroom ceiling was peeling off. There were no large bowls for cooking and just a handful of silverware. The main bathroom toilet did not flush and we called the owner first day of a 6 day stay with 3 kids. It was never repaired.

The property is in a perfect location if you are wanting to be IN Myrtle Beach. Walk out the door to the Boardwalk and Family Kingdom theme park. The condo is on 3rd floor which is nice; not too high; able to see people at the pools/beach. It was rather crowded during our stay..but it was peak season. The security on the property were very nice and immediately dissipated any loud, obnoxious persons, rowdiness, etc

Comfortable condo with spacious balcony as close to the waves as you can get. Easy are to allow children to play and keep an eye on them. Pool people can see you on Balcony that did not bother us . Beds were fine . Plenty of room to sit comfortable. Bring your own beach chairs and towels. Boardwalk can be waked to for average fit people. The beach wheelchair was delivered right to the check in area , where we could also leave between uses. This was a separate company.
Kroger will deliver and there is a small basic kitchen needs eggs etc across the street. You can rent beach chair with umbrella set up for 50 dollars per day. First come first serve. Great stay!!

The room was nice and the perfect size for our big group. It had everything we needed and was pretty clean. Just a heads up(nothing to do with the owner/room)-The elevators are insanely slow/very busy. At night we would hear screaming at the pool, and it was very loud in the building itself. Not sure if it's the time we went, or if it's always like that.

The property was perfect for us. We had 5 people and everyone was comfortable. The beachfront location couldn't be better. Linda, the host, was very responsive when we texted her. We would stay here again.

Loved the properties amenities, pool was heated. Mattress in master is a firm mattress, which for my husband was perfect. No problems at all with the unit. It was clean and a wonderful stay.

Overall, the condo is at a nice ocean front location. There's plenty of pools and chairs with direct access to the beach. The unit has basic amenities for a family of four to stay. We have a member in a wheelchair and found it easy to move around and get to parking across the street. The older tub/shower combos are a challenge for accessibility needs. The unit is a bit dated and beat up in certain areas and could use a bit of refresh beyond the new floors. Everything on the patio is rusted or torn up, but it is a great place to relax and view the beach. There are no beach towels or chairs, so either bring them or buy them. We were disappointed to find the large amount of open weed use in the hallways, elevators, and adjacent balconies, causing us to close the door or go inside several times. Adventure Kingdom is across the street for the kids along with parking. Again, a good place to stay for the price with a few desired enhancements.

The property delivered as promised - oceanfront view, access to heated pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, fitness facility- everything you could want in a vacation. Minutes away from groceries, department stores and all kinds of attractions. Something for everyone!

The condo was tidy and just what we needed for our family. It was centrally located which made it convenient for us. While there we had an issue with the television. Despite being on her own vacation, the owner responded promptly and addressed the issue within 24 hours. Could not ask for better communication.

Everything was good until I found a roach in my bathroom, contacted the manger and all she said was “ Is it roach? I will contact our pest control company. They do monthly service for our condo. I will ask them to do a treatment.”
My stay was not important according to her response…and the pillows has stains on them…

Very impressed by this property. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. Linda was very clear and organized in providing all the info for check-in and check-out. Very smooth and easy process. Highly recommend!

Clean, Spacious Condo with Jet tub in Master Bath and decent size balcony.
The location was really in a good area close to many things. The building was new and in great condition. The pool was awesome for a family. The beach was clean. The jet tub was a bonus; helpful hint: you have to turn on a breaker to turn on the jets., which is located in the 2nd bedroom.

Wonderful view!
The condo was nice but needs updating. If you plan on making a family dinner, bring your dishes..there’s very little to work with. Only one wine glass..just saying. Sand was everywhere..even in the bed. Bring socks..the floor was dirty. We vacuumed when we got there. Hadn’t even been to the beach! The owner was very responsive.

Family Spring Break
The view from this unit is fabulous. It was wonderful to wake up on the beach, hearing the waves. The pools were wonderful and the walk to the beach was very short. The unit was nice and spacious. We enjoyed walking to everything that was near by. It would have been nice to have beach towels to go with the beach chairs.

Just what we needed!
This oceanfront condo was just what we needed for a month of R and R . The property was as described and the ocean views were splendid. Even saw dolphins daily. It was close to several restaurants and attractions. Perfect.
The property manager Linda was so helpful. She made checking in and out a breeze. When we needed a couple of answers, she got right back to us.

Perfect room location
Third floor room directly over the lobby and looking into the pool. Sandy Beach resort offered lots of pools and hot tubs and very nice staff. The rooms were clean and so many extra pillows and blankets was nice. The kitchen was well stocked only thing I wish was the knives were sharpened. The bedrooms are windowless but allows for pitch black sleeping. Bathrooms are good. But worst toilet paper ever, bring your own. Sadly the guests around us were horrid. On two different days say a man put his hands down women’s bathing suits in the hot tub. 3 am fireworks outside the balcony, people throwing stuff in the pool from windows and young adults screaming and banging on doors at 2 am. Myrtle beach during spring break was crazy We enjoyed the rooms and the convince to other locations. Also the store across the resort is a rip off $6 for a gallon of milk. Drive 10 minutes to the Walmart. I would stay again just not during Spring Break, we learned our lesson.

It’s beautiful, clean, and the view is amazing! I texted the owner a question and she responded almost immediately. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!
