Il s'agit d'un confortable appartement récemment rénové dans un quartier familial parfait pour vos vacances à la plage en famille. Plage, promenade, restaurants, parc aquatique, parc d'attractions et autres divertissements sont accessibles à pied. Il y a une grande chambre avec lit queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon qui peut accueillir 2 enfants ou adultes. La cuisine est moderne et entièrement fonctionnelle, empilée avec du café / thé, une machine Keurig, une laveuse et une sécheuse incluses. Nous fournissons jusqu'à 4 badges pour la plage pour le confort des clients. Les jeunes enfants peuvent profiter de la cour arrière équipée d'une balançoire, d'un toboggan, de jouets step2 (table de sable et nappe phréatique). La cour offre également des sièges confortables et un barbecue. Une place de parking est disponible dans l'allée, un parking gratuit supplémentaire peut être disponible dans la rue.

We were moving my daughter into college and it was a bit of a drive to her school but the location of the apartment to the beach was fantastic. We had a great time on the boardwalk.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, welcoming, beach-themed property. It had all of the comforts of home and the owners were so gracious and accommodating. It is in the perfect location for the beach, the boardwalk and sightseeing. We will definitely return!

Ani and Penko were great host, very responsive. The space was great for our weekend getaway with a comfortable bed and living area. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. There is a W/D in unit, which was helpful after getting soaked by a passing cloud at the beach. The parking spot was easy to find and the bathroom was spacious for a single person use. Overall, our stay was pleasant!

We came to seaside heights for my daughter’s dance competition and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and it worked out so well! Lovely place, just as advertised. The owners were wonderful! We plan on staying here again next year.

What a wonderful stay it was for my best friend, her kids and me. The apartment was spotless and nicely cooled. They had everything from towels to K-cups to detergent for us. The hosts were both so sweet and welcoming. The apartment fit all 4 of us very comfortably. It was the perfect place for us. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. I highly recommend them. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Kind and Clean
The hosts were so kind and the little apartment was adorable. Great location close to everything. You can hear some noise from a Friday night crowd but it didn't keep us up. The kids play area was the best part. I have a 1 and 3 year old and there was so much peace of mind knowing they could play and be stimulated while I got ready. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Clean and quaint apartment
Both Penko and Ani are very nice and respond quickly to any questions.
The apartment was beautifully modeled and spotless. Which we completely appreciate. They provided all the necessary items to enjoy our stay.
Only one recommendation would be to invest in a new mattress for the bedroom. It was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever laid in. It slopes to one side and is very noisy when moving. Which I did a lot because of comfort. The sofa bed was slightly comfortable and we all took turns getting to sleep on it.
Other than this I would only recommend renting for small families 2 parents and 1 child.

Jersey Shore Getaway
Do not hesitate in booking with Ani and Penko, they are extremely helpful and kind. The place is renovated and kept clean. Towels, linen, pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, silverware, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee machine with pods were all provided. We also really liked the artificial grass area for our kids to play on. The firepit was a great hangout spot after a day on the beach. Ani and Penko allowed us to use their Radio-Flyer wagon which was a total highlight for our 2.5 year old. Fishing, crabbing, boating, jet-sking is all accessible within walking distance. There is also a mini-golf course with 18 holes and an ice cream parlor also walking distance. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Amazing space & host
I loved this space! It is exactly as pictured and an amazing location close to the boardwalk! The host and his family were very friendly checking to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything! Definitely want to visit again!

Perfect week for us
The house was just perfect for our family of 4. Penko and Ani are great! Always there to help you if you need. So close to the boardwalk and the beach and Penko even let us use the buggy to take the kids to the beach. Their kids were awsome with Emma letting her play with them in their backyard. Hope we can come back!

Fun times at the Jersey Shore
We (family of three, 2 adults and one 6yo) loved staying here! Penko and his family are awesome, so generous and kind. They took us crabbing one night and told us about all the fun happenings in the area. Gracious and friendly hosts!
The rental was cozy and clean! Only a few items I would reconsider: we wished for a comfy couch the 3 of us could hang on when it rained or watching movies at night. The water temperature from the faucets seemed inconsistent, very hot at times and only reaching tepid.
Bonuses include laundry, smart TV, towels, and coffee :)

Just what we need for a 2 night weekend get away!
This place is nice, clean, updated , new and very close to the local restaurants , beach and boardwalk, we are a family of 4 ,our kids are 10 and 13 , very cozy for our family bonding from our busy weekdays!! We will surely use this place again!!

Perfect long weekend away
We had the best time staying here. The place is just as it’s laid out in the pictures. The location is ideal if you want to walk to the boardwalk and because it’s so close, it is convenient if you want to pop back in during the day before heading out at night. Great apartment
Penko is a great host and takes care of his guests very well. He is very responsive and anticipates the needs of his guests. The apartment is very well done, clean and is walking distance to the beach. Great experience for our family of 4!!

My family enjoyed staying at this property. It's very clean place, close to all attractions and the owners are very friendly and responsive. My daughters enjoyed playing in the backyard and overall I would highly recommend this property.

Unforgettable mini getaway
The apartment was the perfect size and it had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect and the boardwalk is full of both family activities as well as couple activities. Make sure you visit the $5 frozen drink stand!! It was our favorite overseeing the beautiful ocean. We cannot wait to come back!! The owners to the house were phenomenal, very attentive from our arrival to our departure.
