i love the location. near to the mall. the breakfast also have a variety of choices and delicious. the mcd is same level with the lobby. the staff really helpful

my family searching this hotel, difficult to find, they ask GOJEK to guide to the location hotel name very smaal and hiding, hotel owner need to be review again

The front desk was so attentive and great! it was such a pleasant stay and I would stay here again if we were to go this area again. Highly recommended.

Only the fact the room didn’t have any window but that was in the description so it was fine overall.

no window thin wall , I can hear very loud the tv and conversation from next room faucet splashing over the sink shower has no pressure tv no signal

the location is perfect as it’s very near to plaza senayan/ senayan city.

Location is great if you have an event at GBK/JCC and like going to mall. Plaza Senayan and Senayan City is just across the street

Watermelon and papaya , tomato at breakfast buffet is always a bit off. Shredded cabbage seems too dry or old. Reception staff informed us that breakfast box standard consists of breads only. Thankfully the kind and friendly GM made sure full breakfast (our room included full breakast) in a box was delivered very early in the morning on the days we had to be out early. We wished there was a fridge in the room (it was a family room) Cushions in room need deororising ot washing after other guests usage.

I Like the Location because is it is in the most popular place in Jakarta. Also nearby shopping complex.easy to get the public transportations.

The room was unclean. Bad smelling room. there is no window for the room. breakfast is very limited items.

we arrived after check in time but room not ready yet, on second night we got broken towel service was poor room quite clean and comfort great for budget business trip
