It felt like home, if we owned a home on a hill in the middle of wine country. Very relaxing, comfortable and perfect location.

Housekeeping lacked attention to detail and unable to use the pool at night once we were the only guests remaining

We had such a charming and restful getaway to Villa de Valle and our hosts could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. We were making a quick trip and so decided just to enjoy the Valle from the grounds of the hotel. It was such a pleasure. We look forward to returning for another restful stay. Felix and Fernanda are the best.

We booked two massages and while my travel partner had a fantastic massage, mine was not done by an experienced therapist so felt like a bit of a waste of time and money.

Large house with beautiful and serene surroundings. Great breakfast.

I wish we were told upon our arrival that from 6 pm, the staff is leaving, so if you want answers or dinner, ask your questions when you arrive. We got down from our bedroom at 6:30 pm and we basically had the house to ourselves. We went to the gate to ask the guy there about dinner and he sent us to a hotel nearby. Everything around pretty much closes at 8:30 pm.

Beautiful Villa. Very private as if it was our own. Morning coffee and breakfast were very good. Very friendly and hospitable staff. On top of a hill with unobstructed views from everywhere. Sit down and enjoy the beautiful garden and the views.

The road to get there. Very bumpy and hectic drive. For about 3 miles the roads are not paved. It took us 15 minutes to get from main road to the villa. I wish they would do something about it.

The breakfast was wonderful. The grounds were great with trails to walk on. There was a winery for tasting and Cafe for lunch.

This is an amazing property from the wine cellars to the food truck to the beautiful pool area surrounded by cactus gardens! The Villa is curated beautifully with many of the owners paintings. The natural dye plaster walls in every room each have a story as well as the many creatively used local textiles adorning the interior. Beds, pillows , linens all are exceptional quality as are the in house made botanical toiletries . Views are to die for, we didn’t want to leave the property!

I can’t think of any negative.

La Villa De La Valle is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is exceptional as are the many treats they provide during your stay. Alejandro is a majestic host, taking care of your needs as they arise and always with impeccable class. It is pricey, but then most places are that you might consider to be exceptional.
