The inside of the house was nice With the exception of all the furniture being covered in Dog hair.

This house had all the amenities needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was just 15 minutes from downtown and major attractions. Our host was very helpful and communicative.

Gave the neighborhood 4 stars due to seeing dogs off their leashes, but other than that the neighbors were friendly, no problems in that regard.. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

Patricia, was the nicest, most accommodating lady after a clerical error on my end. The house is Spacious and private. there is a good size back yard and porch, an indoor sitting room that opens to the back yard. Kitchen was fully stocked with an and all type of utensil & gadgets you could ever need. a surplus of bags, we were thankful for. Pleanty of space as is three ladies lounged around on the couch. Great beds & pillows, oh the pillows!!! Rooms are good size & there was enough towels & wash clothes. not just your standard 3 & good luck. I would for sure stay here again.

This was a very cute house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for plates, cups/glasses, and silverware, and had a good assortment of cookware. The back yard is completely fenced in, which my dog really appreciated. The couch in the living room is very nappable. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The fact that there was only one bathroom meant we had to do some scheduling, but we knew that on the front end. Some details to note - there is a grill in the back yard, but it is a travel grill, not a full size. I assume it's charcoal. There is a full size coffee maker in the kitchen with filters in a drawer. I did find sugar, but no creamer. If you plan on doing a bunch of cooking, there are the basics for spices and utensils, but you'll want to bring things like cooking spray, plastic wrap, plastic containers. If you forget anything, there's a Kroger about 5 minutes away.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped house made our week in town very enjoyable. Host was very responsive and made our stay a breeze!

We were in Memphis for a month visiting our first grandchild. This place was only five minutes away from our daughter's house so it was great to be close to her. The neighborhood was quiet, the owner provided everything we needed, and even provided more blankets when there was a cold spell. Patricia always responded when we texted her about somehting so that was very helpful.

The property is great, very clean and in a central location within the city. The neighborhood may not look the best but felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Will 100% try to book this property again when staying in Memphis.

We enjoyed our stay here and it worked perfectly for our needs. The bathrooms and kitchen are in great shape. The bedrooms are a very good size. TVs and WiFi worked great. Owner was easy to get a hold of. The yard worked out excellent for our two large dogs. The appearance of the neighborhood leaves a little to be desired but we did not have any issues! Overall our experience was excellent and would stay again!

Perfect little house for a fun filled stay! Everything was great & in order when we arrived. Patricia was kind and helpful with the entire process & our stay! Recommend for anyone traveling, and will keep in mind for my next stay in Memphis! (:

It was an ok experience. Difficulty to contact owner initially. It was very cold in Memphis and the master bedroom was rather drafty. So much that we slept in the smaller bedroom. Beds were comfy. Bathroom needed counter space. How was clean. Owner was pleasant.

Not so great neighborhood, but the house was very nice inside. Having only 1 bathroom for 6 people was a little rough but for 1 night it was fine. Very convenient for all things to see and do in Memphis

This was a nice stay for the weekend. You have all the amentites of a home. The neighborhood was quiet and you were less than 10 miles from local locations.

The host was still getting the place ready when we arrived after 5pm. The check in time was stated as negotiable so I guess she expected me to notify her when we would arrive. That can be hard to predict when driving between states. All other VRBOs we used had check-in as either 3 or 4 pm. Place needed minor repairs done & the house number was not visible after dark. Wonderful personal amenity was a hand mirror for applying makeup & doing hair.

The property location allows easy access to all Memphis attractions. It was clean and electronic lock access made it easy to get in.

Nice house. Great location within 15-22 minutes from everything. Only wished there was a covered outside area but the outside chairs were very comfortable.
