Nice property tennis courts everywhere pool was a blast. Would stay here again.

We have always enjoyed our stays at T Bar M and this condo was another great option for our weekend away. Location was great and we enjoyed our time in New Braunfels. The check in/out process was smooth and easy!

Me and my bridal party booked this place for my wedding weekend. It had ample space, nice layout, and close to whatever you may need or want to do.

We enjoyed our stay. Visiting family who live in New Braunfels & this is ideal location. Perfect size for my husband and I, along with son & daughter-in-law.

Very comfortable condo, quiet neighborhood. Close to tennis, grocery, gas, restaurants and Starbucks within 5 minute drive. Perfect!

Beautiful condo and great location to natural bridge caverns and to float the river. The pool and tennis courts are fantastic and drive slow because deer are everywhere and they come right up to the car. The only other suggestion is black out curtains for the bedrooms to keep the evening heat out from the sun.

Close to attractions that we wanted to access and was a really great place to just chill at as it offered tennis court access and other amenities. I honestly thought from the pictures that it may be too small for 10 people, but it was the perfect size!

Process was real easy.

Nice quiet place to stay. Deer walking around. Nice clean pool for babies and adults. A/C worked great. Plenty of room with 3 outdoor areas to sit. We would stay here again. They even had a baby gate to block off the stairs when needed.

Property was excellent-all our needs were met. Comal River was great fun-would recommend this trip to any active family!!!

We found the place to have a lot of deferred maintenance and missing some basics that make a for a good stay.
When we are deciding on a place we look closely at the pictures - this unit is either not the one pictured, or has been drastically changed. The kitchen was missing basics that most places provide. No salt and Pepper, sugar, cooking oil. Only one pot holder, Oven temp was drastically off, so food wouldn't cook. No decent coffee mugs. No working lamp in one bedroom, and no other source of light, no black out shades on windows, so no way to sleep late. Upstairs bedroom has NO shades at all. Bad beds in one bedroom that squeak horribly, undersized TV for size of room and distance to view, and no other TV in the place. Fan in the downstairs bathroom makes awful grinding noise. Greatest disappointment was it was NOT what was pictured.

My grandchildren were so disappointed. However when we called management and expressed our thoughts she handled it professionally and was very supportive and helpful and showed empathy. She was able to call the homeowner and make it fair for us. Other than that our vacation turned out to be so much fun.

This condo was a nice size for our needs (there were six of us). If I was booking for more people, I would probably want a place with an extra bathroom. The bathrooms were my least favorite part of the condo. The beds were ample and very comfortable. No bedrooms have TVs. If that is important to you, bring an iPad or computer (the wifi is great). The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer and dryer at the unit helped tremendously (they are in a closet on front porch--took me awhile to find them). The management company was quick to respond when the toilet chain broke and the toilet would not stop running. I recommend calling or texting instead of using the app as messages will be returned quicker. NOTE: the pool was closed during our stay (mid-July). If the pool is important to you, contact the management company who can find out if it is open before you book. It did not look like it would open anytime soon. Also, although the condo can sleep 10 people, there is only enough seating in the living room for 3-4 people max (a small recliner and a two-seater loveseat). While there are two wooden dining chairs, these are not comfortable for lounging. The only thing I can think of is to bring a few portable folding camping chairs. Oh! And there are no rugs or mats at either the front or back door. This would be a nice addition to the unit so people don't track in mud, dirt, water, etc. Overall we had a lovely experience and would not hesitate to rent here again.

A great location to experience the area. We visited Gruene Music Hall, Schliterbahn, Natrual Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch, and kayaked the river. About 15 minute drive to each. Enjoyed the stay with the comforts of home.

The condo was nice. But the pool was closed and this is the major activity for our reunion. I was very upset we were not notified before our arrival. To not have the pool as advertised was a major disappointment. Also, we killed a 3-4 inch tarantula in our condo.

The stay was great, bigger then expected. Comfortable for 10. Property was quiet, there was a pool. Everything was pretty close. Great stay!

Place was awesome! Wish that there would have been a pantry to put our food (chips, cookies, etc) on. Unfortunately mattresses were not very comfortable by the end of the trip. It needed extra padding on them. Would recommend the place definitely! It fit my whole family and we had many a laugh being together.

The tenants who live in the condos were rude to our children who were playing tennis. They actually told them to leave because their ball went on their side and my kids were there first!! The unit is worn and needs upgrades and a deep cleaning.. The most unfortunate aspect was that construction on the stairs was unfinished and made staying hazardous. River City Rentals responded to our concerns and accommodated our needs. Hopeful this feedback will inspire improvements to be made.
