We visited Lake George with our two daughters' families. Four grandsons, including two infants.
There was a lot to do both at the property and in the area. The house is big enough for multiple families, and the host has thought of everything you could possibly need.
The kids loved all the activities, and we loved that they were engaged all the time. Beautiful pool, game room and back yard (for the babies to explore).
Highly recommend for visiting the Lake George area!

We had an extended family visit at this property, with 7 kids and adults. Everyone loved the house! It had so many amenities that kept us busy during the day, rain or shine as well at night. For a big group, we had the opportunity to eat dinner together every night because of the long table on the deck with the retractable awning. There was enough space for us to separate and do our own things as well. The property is kept up with and in a quiet neighborhood, close to tons of things within 20 minutes. Gary was very informative on arrival and open to communication through out the trip. 10 out of 10! We would highly recommend this place to everyone...

The property is clean, well maintained and the AC is awesome. The bedrooms are spacious and numerous letting our family of mixed ages stay comfortably. The pool area with the canopy covering the chairs was amazing for the baby and for those who don’t want to be in direct sun. The mini golf challenges and pickle ball tournaments caused a rumble in all good fun. Gary is a wonderful host and was a text away for any of our needs. This property is A+ for my family and for any family deciding to visit Lake George. Our family is looking forward to our third year at Gary’s house. ii is the place to stay in Lake George.

We loved this property. The grandkids always had something to do. They loved the backyard mini-golf, swimming pool and pickle ball. The gazebo in the wooded area was their place to play board games. The location ws great. Close to Lake George for water fun, extreme high ropes course is nearby, and tubing down the Hudson was my favorite. A wonderful vacation spot.

The pool and hot tub were amazing - 10/10. The mini golf course was small but in better shape than some you pay a lot to play.
The house was clean and decorations / furnishings were well suited to the house. The theme is definitely "Adirondack Colonial".
A couple of notes for those who are considering renting: there's another fridge in the garage; you can park 2 cars in garage and at least 6 in the driveway plus more on the street; owner welcomes you and checks you out; bring your own pool towels as these are not provided; the kitchen is pretty well stocked but ask ahead of time if there's something specific you need (we needed an airfryer and there wasn't one). A few garbage bags and paper towels are provided, but bring your own if you plan to use a lot. We didn’t need it, but I also brought extra tp. The half bath advertised is outside by the pool (there's 2 separate bathrooms and one in the primary bedroom upstairs plus one almost handicap accessible bathroom downstairs).
The owner prefers to text rather than go through Vrbo which was fine by me because I had trouble knowing when he replied. I would've rather gone through the app, but it was glitchy.
Overall, I was grateful to be able to have my friends celebrate my birthday with me and use the various amenities.

We had an awesome time , the house was more impressive then shown in the photos that were given. Gary was with out a doubt the best host we have ever rented from. There was absolutely nothing we needed that was not supplied. I would highly recommend this house to anyblarge group looking to relax and just enjoy themselves

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! The unseasonably warm temps meant no snow on the ground to play in, so we kept busy playing foosball, air hockey, ping pong, pool, mini golf, and basketball! The firepit outdoors was great and when we couldn't quite figure out the fireplace indoors, Gary was over within 5 minutes to help us. Kitchen was well-equipped to cook for and eat with 12 adults. Beds were super comfortable and this crew of middle-aged ladies slept like rocks. Comfortable furniture, easy location, great host, excellent water pressure in the showers, and delightfully hot water in the hot tub. We had a great stay!

This was our 3rd year spending Thanksgiving at Echo Lane and once again, EVERYTHING was perfect!! A little snow on the golf course didn’t deter us from our annual tournament with a new course record of 18 being set. Gary is an amazing host who takes great pride in his property. He is readily available to answer any questions you may have, and makes you feel like family! This will continue to be our home of choice for our family Thanksgiving celebration.

A wonderful place to connect with old friends. Gary came over to make sure everything was as expected. The house description is to the tee. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. We had a perfect weekend to hang and reconnect. The basement is a perfect spot to have fun and hang out! It was a great weekend.

The house was very clean and nothing is missing. Many activities are offered on site. Despite the bad weather, we had an exceptional weekend. The house manager responded promptly to all our requests. For about thirty years, we have renting a house for the Columbus weekend, and this house is certainly one of the most appreciated by our group. I highly recommend it.

The mini golf is incredible. The yard is incredible. the basketball court is incredible. The basement games are great. Everything about the house is top notch.
We unfortunately hit the weekend of the Lake George Car Show which brought in an interesting crowd and little to no access to Ubers so that was hard to navigate, but the house itself is worth every penny.

Had a great time at Gary’s! He went out of his way to accommodate our requests (we enjoyed taking a dunkin’ the pool). Having everything right at the house helped make our stay super relaxing. We didn’t have to get in the car or plan a trip into town for family activities. House was clean, spacious, had anything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend!

House is large and roomy with fun outdoor activities including a full sized pool. There is a nice game room in the basement with laundry setup in basement too. Definitely in a neighborhood setting so if you are looking for water front property this is not it. We had a boat that we took to nearby lakes and that gave us opportunities to fish and to do some tubing. Definitely need to plan to travel to get to a beach if you want water activities as part of your summer vacation with this rental.

We were met by the Property Manager and when he opened the door we said this is the place! Great AC temperature, extremely clean and spacious with a very relaxing vibe. Bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space. Outside the family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the competition in mini golf was a daily event. Gary extends every courtesy for a wonderful family vacation. I give it 5+++ stars. If I were to find just one thing to change, it would be the heavy garbage can cover in the kitchen! As you can tell, everything else was perfect. Thanks Gary and Jeremy!

This was our first time renting a home in the Lake George area. We initially chose Garys’ home because of the amenities it had and the stellar reviews. Well let me say, we were not disappointed! Gary was at the house when we arrived and went over everything we needed to know about the house. He is also quickly available for any questions or if anything were to arise.
The location in Warrensburg is ideal if you want to be close to Lake George, but not right in all the hustle and bustle. We initially planned to maybe be at the house and little and sleep there. That changed quickly! This is its own retreat. So much to do and so relaxing. You will find yourself staying at the house and enjoying all it has to offer. Our group was smaller and all adults, but the house can easily hold large groups and there is plenty of things to occupy all ages.
We definitely will be back !

This house fit our large family perfectly! There were enough bedrooms and full bathrooms to accommodate our large group ranging from ages 3-85! The outdoor space was fully fenced in and the pool had an additional fence. With 5 kids under the age of 9 it was perfect! The game room was a popular hangout for the entire group. The entire house was extremely clean. Had the best week and would recommend this!

This is easily the coolest home I’ve ever rented. My friends and I had an absolute blast bouncing between the basketball court, in-ground pool and 9-hole mini golf course!! It is obvious the owner takes extreme pride in the property. The location was amazing, just a 10 minute drive to downtown Lake George and within walking distance to another smaller lake. Will definitely be renting again in the future!

Our extended family (group of 17) recently stayed here for a weekend to go to the Great Escape Water Park. The house was beyond perfect for our group. Each family had a room that worked perfectly for them and we even had a bedroom to spare. There is plenty of space and seating for all, and the game room had tons to keep the kids (ages 1-7) and adults entertained. Gary was very responsive and proactive in communication. We would absolutely rent this property again. I’d highly recommend a stay at Adirondack Colonial!

Fantastic weekend with a few families and teenager girls. The house fit perfectly for us. Super clean and so much to do. The entire house enjoyed all the activities in the basement. Kids loved the hot tub too. The house is 30 mins from Gore Mountain so it’s a not a terrible ride. We would definitely come back and spend another winter weekend. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at Gary’s amazing home over Columbus Day weekend. There were 15 of us and there was so much space we even had a spare room. We used the game room, hot tub, fire pit, heated pool and games including the mini golf. The grandkids just loved it. Gary is such a pleasant host who made our stay perfect. I’ve been renting for our family long weekends for many years and I have to say this was the best rental yet. Thank you Gary and we hope to see you again!

We stayed at week with ages 1 - 95. There was plenty of room in the house. The yard is fenced in with the pool having a separate fence with paddock on gate, so we felt very safe and secure with the little ones playing in the yard. The owner, Gary, met us at the house which we felt was very nice and such a personal touch.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house has everything you could want or need right on-site. Nobody in our group was ever bored and we could have had a perfectly fun vacation never leaving the house. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, mini golf and game room. Your home is amazing! As a group of all ages there was so much to in the house to keep us all busy and happy. The pool was spectacular and we had several mini golf tournaments!
Many evenings were spent outside on the deck playing games and having a great time.
We would definitely like to go back and highly recommend this property.
