This was our 2nd year renting this beautiful home. It was all we expected. All had a great time!

It was awesome. Everything we needed was met. We had a beautiful view of the Schroon River. We took full advantage of using it with our fishing poles and paddle boards and the homes cayaks and canoe. The pool and hot tub were an extra. Not to mention the volleyball court. The house was spacious. Enough room to all of us all the amenities were there we Loved it

What an amazing property! The house, the pool, the river access, the host. We could not ask for anything more. The host was very attentive to us and responded to questions very quickly, she even started to text me because it was a quicker response. Sent us info about a jamboree that was going on right down the street. I asked about a waffle maker and they didn’t have one so she order is one and we had it by Saturday. Lots of room for everyone and something to do for everyone. Already planning our next trip!

Our family of 13 had an absolutely GREAT time while staying at this house! It provided everything we needed...plenty of space, seating, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and more. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, game room, and fishing in the river. The location was perfect for us, and while we didn't even need to leave the house to have fun, we were close to every place we wanted to visit. The host, Tori, was the BEST! She responded so quickly to my questions and made sure everything was just as it should be. We would definitely stay in this home again.

My family of 16 with 6 kids 7 and under stayed here for the week. We had a blast and it was the perfect house to fit us all. The pool was fantastic and kayaking the river was super fun as well. The house was very clean and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just a short drive to everything. Having the heated pool was great, the weather was a little chilly but the kids all got to enjoy the pool still. River access to fishing on the property. Owners were very attentive and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and gave us suggestions on things to do.

We stayed at Victoria's house with a group of friends for a bachelor/bachelorette party. The house is everything and more. Even better than the pictures. House is FULLY equipped, beds are comfortable, and the pool, hot tub, beach volleyball, and kayaks are just an extra bonus. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental for a group of friends that are visiting the Lake George area. Communication with the host was wonderful too.

We brought 15 - 8th grade students and 2 adult chaperones for four days to Lake George. This was a perfect home to stay at with the pool, game room, river activities, and so close to Lake George. The home is perfect. Plenty of room, all the comforts of home, and everything you would need. Our host thought of everything!
I look forward to visiting again and staying at our own "Mini Resort."

So many good things to say about my stay at this amazing house!
The property itself is beautiful and the house was amazing. We had so much fun kayaking right from the back yard, cooling off in the (warm) salt water pool, and relaxing in the hot tub which was great to have after golf / a long day on the lake...
The location of the house is perfect and just a few minutes away from everything we needed; Golf Course, access to Lake George, food, groceries, you name it...
Last (but certainly not least), some of the best property owners I've had the pleasure of working with. Responded almost immediately to the few questions I had during my stay, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me recover a personal item that was left behind...
All in all,10/10 across the board. Perfect house for large groups which I hope to use again in the future!

This property had everything you needed and more for a wonderful Family gathering. The planning of the space was perfect. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and seating galore. The house was beautiful, clean & had tons of room for the 13 of us. Made a great home base for our party to ski for a few days. This is the 2nd year we stayed with this host Victoria Baird, she is great to deal with & her properties are great. We will be back in 2025!!!

Overall, our experience was great and memorable. The home is spacious and filled with many amenities. The small added complimentary items in the bathroom and rooms made the world of difference. Close proximity to Gore Mountain which made the day trips there a breeze. We had a small issue with the showers, but the host was very quick to address the situation and find a solution. We would highly recommend this home and we look forward to our next stay!!

We stayed with 19 people. The house was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more than enough towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and the check in and check out process were very easy. 12 min from all things Lake George. If they had availability in the summer we would book again. Great stay and would recommend

We stayed at this house for a long weekend. Even though there were about 17 of us, it never felt cramped. The very large couch in the family room combined with the kitchen seating area right there, we were able to frequently be in the same room without issue. Having the basement family room and the upstairs game room was a great way for people to spread out as well.
The house was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen fit our large group with all of the available seating. Nice touches included having toiletries in each bathroom for use. Tori was very accessible and responsive. She had some extra firelogs dropped off for us on the first day. She also had the parking lot salted and cleared while we were there.
The house is right within a neighborhood, but most of the rooms face out back towards the river, so you don't really notice when inside.
We would definately recommend this house! We were pleasanlty surprised how well it fit all of us!

This was the perfect house for our family getaway for 20. The home was spotless, roomy and cozy. The kitchen is big, open and super functional! Also the check in process couldn't have gone smoother.

We had our family Christmas (16 ppl and 3 dogs) One of the most well stocked kitchens at a VRBO that i have seen in my 8 years of booking properties. Very clean, and when we arrived the living already had a 10ft Christmas tree decorated and lit waiting for us!. A wonderful surprise for us! Loved the little details like the retractable stair gates (kept the dogs where we wanted them!), large towel rack by the downstairs back door access to the hot tub, and the noise canceling devices in each bedroom. Good size of the home allowed for everyone to comforably and quietly nap whenever the desire struck.
Victoria was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would recommend this property.

4 siblings with children ranging from 3-14 enjoyed weekend in this beautiful new river-side Adirondack home. Spacious kitchen with double ovens and all the necessary cooking utensils. Bunk bed game room over double garage was great youth space and hot tub and fire pit was enjoyed by all. Central location to enjoy skiing and Lake George winter light shows. Check-in/checkout couldn't be more accommodating.

The house is so beautiful and tastefully decorated with so many amenities! The kids practically entertained themselves between the lake and the pool! There was plenty of room for our family of 16 to be together or spread out! The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The owner was easily accessible to answer any question or concern! We all loved it and my family said it was the best vacation and look forward to going back in the future.

We loved this property for our annual family vacation of 20 people aged 6 years to 100 years old! ADK is a great place for a family vacation and this house added to the experience with a comfortable space for all, stocked kitchen, beautiful location and a pool! Plenty of room for a large party to gather and eat. Rooms are comfortable. Location is convenient to Lake George, the outlet malls, hiking, and many local attractions. Grocery and drug stores are very close by. Owners are very responsive and checked on regularly but are not intrusive. They responded immediately on any questions or concerns. We all had a great time and plan to come again next year!

Our family of seventeen spent a wonderful week here. The house was so accommodating, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and extra common rooms so everyone had plenty of space. The tables inside and out were spacious enough to fit all of us for dining with the views of the rushing river as our backdrop. Everyday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm the kids were in the beautiful pool. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit after putting the children to bed, who slept soundly due to all the water activity during the day and the comfy beds. We were fortunate to have had only one mild rain day which gave the kids an opportunity to visit an arcade in Queensbury and then visit Lake George. The Minne Ha Ha Steamship ride is a must do. The convenience of the grocery store was great, a short 12 minute walk. Tori was easily reachable and responded immediately to any requests. This home and it’s surroundings will give you a wonderful and relaxing vacation, book it! A forethought… if you hear an air raid, it’s the town calling in its volunteer firefighters

We stayed for a family get together of 3 adults and 6 kids, for 2 nights. I have only good things to say about the house. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was very spacious, and I loved the rustic decor with some stylish twists, though with modern amenities. It was clean, the owners seem to have thought of everything, with lots of nice little touches to make the stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Plenty of spare towels, blankets, pillows etc. Everything was clean. The heated pool and hot tub were highlights, as was the volleyball area (which was a hit with the kids) and the location right on the river with kayaks available. We all had a great time and I would visit again without any hesitation. Communication was excellent, owner responsive and helpful throughout. A pleasure.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location with amenities to satisfy the most discriminating renter. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Plentiful and comfortable sleeping arrangements and a game room that keep our four grandsons occupied when weather keep them out of the pool, hot tub or the river that flows behind the house. Great location that allowed us to travel to area attractions and nearby Lake George. Our host touched base with us a number of times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. Celebrating my wife's 70th birthday with all of our children and grandchildren was truly enhanced by this property and its wonderful amenities.

This is a very special property. It is designed and equipped with everything possible for a large multi-generational gathering. There were so many extra little touches like snacks, games, and every thing for the kitchen so even a chef would be at home. This was the first time in the Lake George area and we were so glad we picked this location. Although we loved strolling through the stores, on the boardwalk and cruising the lake, we couldn’t wait to get back and sit on the deck, kayak on the river, or relax in the pool. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, we enjoyed the local bakery and pizza shop they suggested and appreciated their immediate help when we locked ourselves out. The memories we made will be treasured by all until we return again. We aren’t waiting another 50 years to return.

We absolutely loved this place. The entire house was clean and stocked with any we could have needed (including a crockpot). We really enjoyed the pool and river access.

This house is awesome. Comfortably slept 15 adults. Great outdoor space for grilling, playing volleyball, sitting pool side and enjoying river views. Short 10 minute drive to Lake George. Owner was very responsive via text and ensured our stay was A+. Would totally recommend!

The house was exceptional! It is outfitted with absolutely everything you will need for a fun and relaxing get away. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The kayaks and canoes gave our family hours a entertainment. The sand volleyball court was also a favorite. I highly recommend this property.
