We just returned from a week here and can’t say enough about it! Every bit as nice as it looks online with amenities you never thought to ask for! We were 12 people ranging in age from 1 to 88 and we all loved the house and yard. The pool and hot tub were perfect, plenty of chairs, great covered outdoor space for those mountain downpours. The house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels etc. Nearby Echo Lake was a great local spot and Lake George proper was only a 20 minute ride away. Torie was super responsive to all questions and was anxious to provide us with anything we needed. We loved it and would love to come back!

The pictures and discription of the property are exactly what you see and read. The house and outside property were spotless. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3-17) and they all had a great time. The pool was the highlight for everyone. Communication with Tori was fantastic. She texted me that the place was ready for check in 2 hrs ahead of time and we could check in if we got there early. If I texted her with any questions, she responded within 10 mins. The hot tub was used a lot and with the getting in and out, the water level got low. I texted her about it and she came over within the hr and added water. Best host I've dealt with since I've been doing these family vacations. Everything is close by, from food stores to miniature golf, it's all within a short drive. I would highly recommend this vacation home. We're already planning on coming back.......

The hosts of this place were extremely nice and helpful. They replied very fast to all messages and made sure we had the best experience. The place itself was amazing with all of the backyard space and heated pool! We had a blast playing volleyball, swimming and at night, going in the hot tub. I will definitely be booking again!

The house was so clean, so much cleaner than any rental I've stayed in before. There was so many amenities that we were never bored and had so much to do. I wish that tbis was my house haha. I would say there was little things, like the hot tub needs a lot of time tl heat up - which is no big deal but just good to know so that you dont go in thinking its going to be hot adter n houe or two, i would suggest turning it up and on as soon as you get there to enjoy that night! The kuerig didnt work or at least we couldnt figure it out - but there is a coffee pot so it was no biggie! The house is stocked with everything you need. We all had plenty of room, and didnt have to share beds which was great. The upstairs bathrooms for some reason the water didnt get hot but thw downstairs bathroom did. If we were to stay longer than a weekend i might have tried to figure out why but for a short period a warmish shower was totally fine. The host was super responsive and so nice, she let me know if we needed anything or had any issues to reach out, which was great to have communication with her!

This place was better than we could’ve hoped for. There was a Playset outside for the kids which was loved by all. There were amenities in every room filled with things we didn’t even know we needed. Great location and amazing hosts! Would love to make this an annual gathering here. Would recommend 1,000 times!

What a beautiful home. A group of mom friends and all of our children had a great time. The kids loved the game room downstairs and all the outdoor space to play in the snow! We had everything we needed and Victoria was very helpful!

The chalet was comfy and spacious. Easy drive to Lake George or the outlet mall. The kitchen was the most well-stocked and well-kept that I have ever rented.

We booked this cabin for Christmas with our kids and grandkids. It was amazing! Torie had a beautifully decorated tree set up along with s’more and hot cocoa station. The cabin is very clean, beautifully decorated and over the top with amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were a big hit and we even got to enjoy the outdoor game area. Truly a 5 star experience!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted for our Christmas getaway. The kids enjoyed the downstairs space (the air hockey table was a big hit!) while us adults spent majority of our time on the main floor and in the hot tub!!

Absolutely wonderful! Manager stayed in touch with us whenever we had a question. The kids wanted to play a few outdoor games and we contacted host and she drove straight over to unlock where they stored the badminton rackets, wiggle ball and bat, soccer ball and various other activities. The house was very clean and larger than the photos made it out to seem. There is a graco highchair and infant crib that we didn’t need to use but LOVED to see. This property was listed as family friendly and it really was. The grounds are stunning even after a snow/ice storm. We will be renting again hopefully in the summer next year.

This was a great place, I recommend if you’re looking to stay with friends or family. Owner was so accommodating and answered my questions very quickly. Great location… 10-15 mins from Lake George. The house was extremely clean and has everything you need to cook etc… wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had a happy vacation in the house. There are a lot of things kids and adults can play. The owner responded very quickly when we asked him to check the heater. My friend forgot a jacket in the house and the owner helped her to find it and sent it back to my friend.

The house surpassed all expectations. Everything clean which is a major plus Tori was great. She answered texts in a timely manner and took care of everything we needed. Such gracious hosts. My family ages 25-90 stayed at this property and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The location was great and the house had everything we needed. Any supplies that ran out were immediately replaced. Very responsive owner. Hope to be able to rent again.

The property was as advertised. There was plenty of room for our group of 15, with the adult couples each having their own rooms and the kids having their own space downstairs. The pool, hot tub, sand volleyball/badminton court, firepit and yard were private and peaceful and received plenty of use. The pool house was well stocked with all sorts of pool floats, life jackets, cornhole boards and bags, badminton rackets, etc. The towering pine trees that lined the property provided seclusion, while still being located in a quiet neighborhood. The property was close to Lake George and had ample opportunities for hikes and local river fun that the area is known for. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts, who were very communicative and responsive. Our whole group would recommend highly, especially the kids!

Our group was 8 adults and 9 teens grandkids. Everything we needed was there at the property! Kitchen utencils, pots, pans, coffee pots and basic spices, salt and pepper. There was extra pillows and blankets. Everything about the house inside and out was perfect! My grandaughter wants to live there!! Amazing property. We would love to come back!

The house has so many games, activities, amenities, and places to sleep. It’s perfect for a large family getaway. There’s tvs everywhere if that’s important to you. The host was friendly and responsive. The location is quiet and friendly. We went for more of a couples retreat, but a lot of us are having kids and we’re definitely interested in coming back when that happens. If you’re looking to stay near lake George or you just want a large house that has all the bells and whistles, I highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful few days we had at this beautiful home. The house was well stocked and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kids ranging in age from 7 weeks to 13 had plenty to do. They loved playing outdoors and the ladies all enjoyed the hot tub! This is a great location for a group of friends!

We stayed at the property with our friends and our collective group of kids. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was nicely equipped for our stay. The kids had a blast in the hot tub and we enjoyed cooking and hanging in the kitchen area. The house was clean, quiet and a 15 minute drive to Bolton Landing. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Family annual trip, boarded Gore, about 25 minute drive. The house was great, clean, spacious and perfect for a group! They even leave little snacks, coffee station with hot chocolate and toiletries in the each bathroom. We got over a foot of snow while there and they came twice to plow us out. I’m really going to consider coming back here during a summer. Looks awesome for outdoor activities. They have a hot tub, pool, volleyball, tons of yard stuff, volleyball net and a hammock right in the back yard. Plus an amazing covered porch, we even used during our winter stay. Only thing my husband wished there was a better grill. He loves to cook but the grill was just ok. But would never let that stop us from coming again. Easy to communicate with owner and they got right back to us.

Victoria’s property was perfect for our big group trip! Everyone was comfortable with a nice room and the living room and kitchen provided a great place to hang out all together. We loved the hot tub and would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the beautiful pool and backyard! Victoria was super easy to communicate with and very welcoming.

Third time at this property. Homeowner is always responsive and accommodating. The home itself is perfect for large groups or families. The kitchen is full of cutlery, pots/pans etc. tvs in almost every room of the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Main Street that runs through Warrensburg. Also 25 min to Lake George and about the same amount of time to Gore Mountain. We plan on returning in the future!

Stayed here with our family for a post Christmas get together. Everyone found the beds comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit. We brought an extra folding table and chairs because the house sleeps more (16) than the dining room will accommodate (8). If you are there in the summer there is another table outside. Overall it accommodated our family well.

We were having a reunion weekend with friends and their kids and needed a place to accommodate all of us, five adults and seven children ranging from a toddler through high school. Tinas place was excellent for this! There was plenty of rooms and space for everyone to sleep, there was an air hockey table and foosball table. We all enjoyed the hot tub! The pool was closed during the time we were there but looks like it would be perfect. There was a large yard for kids to play soccer, throw balls around and a nice fire pit where we made s’mores. The house had all the amenities that we needed plus more! There was a grocery store not too far away and we spent some time exploring stores near Lake George. Tina was very helpful and easy to be in touch with! We would definitely return to this place again in the future. Five stars!

Incredible house, very clean, and great communication with the host. We have a 9-month baby and they had almost everything we need. Saved us a lot of packing. Highly recommended, by far one of the best locations we stayed at. Overall this house and host deserve 5 stars all the way
