My family and I stayed 4 nights in this house and couldn’t find a bad thing to say about it. The house was clean, well stocked, in a great location and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a perfect vacation spot when visiting Maine.

Tee had a grey time with our stay at this home. It was clean, well stocked, had enough space for the 6 of us. The owners came over to check in with us the first day to be sure we were all settled which was sweet. They had plenty of beach towels, chairs, beach cart, grill, books, etc. we will for sure be looking to stay here again in the future!

My family of 5 just spent the most wonderful week at Marc and Martha’s Old Orchard beach cottage! This home is beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything you need and in the most ideal location to the beach and pier. My boys (9, 6 and 2) spent hours at the beach enjoying the waves and playing in the sand. The location was the most convenient walk to a beautiful beach—the house is equipped with a beach cart which makes bringing all the beach accessories that much easier! It was an easy walk to the pier (or a quick drive and parking) at night to enjoy the rides, food and fun! We loved every part of this house and location—We look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay at OOB. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything was very well stocked. There were tons of bath towels, beach towels, linens/blankets, beach blankets, etc. The beach cart was great for getting all of your stuff down to the beach, and they also supplied beach chairs and toys. You really don't need to pack much for your stay because they've covered just about everything. The location was great, too. It was a quiet area, a short walk to the beach, and just a bit further to the downtown tourist area. Recommended!

Incredible Cottage
I always read reviews but take what they say with a grain of salt. This little piece of heaven rec’d wonderful reviews so my sister and I booked it. you just cannot find another place like Seaglass Cottage. Marc and Martha are the best hosts, there is everything you need there and they provide things you do not need to bring with you. We invited two girlfriends to come spend a night with us and they just loved it too. we hope to rebook for another week next summer. It was soooo clean, beautifully decorated, color coordinated, perfect walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It deserves 5 stars!

Classic Beach Cottage
This cottage is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of everything renters could want. They were very friendly and helpful regarding places to go and things to do. Although OOB town and the beach were a short walk away, we seniors spent our time exploring the sites and surrounding towns. It was a perfect central location to do so. We feel very lucky to have found this vacation rental.

We were so impressed with this property! So cute and clean and cozy and well equipped. Marc and Martha came over to welcome us when we arrived and left a lovely welcome gift. Lots of tips/reviews of surrounding area in the house. Kitchen/bathrooms excellently stocked, comfortable beds and the front porch is an absolute gem and the best place to sit on a summer evening! No dishwasher, but everything else about this lovely property makes up for that in a heartbeat!

Cozy& Very Charming Beach Cottage!
What an inviting Cottage! It is my idea of the perfect beach cottage! My group consisted of four retired sorority sisters wanting a comfortable place to stay in southern Coastal Maine. We found it! We all loved it and the owners! Beds were comfortable & the whole place was Immaculate! Charming neighborhood and parking was most convenient at back door! For four adults it was a joy to b here! I can see how If you had two children there woukd certainly be room for them too!

Great Getaway
Everything was provided that we needed for a great vacation. Things were very organized and well kept. We really liked the layout of the house for our family of four. The owners were helpful and friendly and made sure our vacation was perfect. The house was very clean and well stocked. Relaxing week at OOB!
Great time was had by all. Marc and Martha’s cottage was spotless and very tastefully decorated. They live right next door and made us feel more like extended family visiting than strangers. They truly have thought of everything that you could possibly need right down to a beach carrier for all your beach stuff (also mostly supplies by them). The location is great too. 10-15 minutes walk to the Pier, which is great because you really don’t want to be that close to the noise. A short 5 minute walk to the beach was great too.

We felt very welcomed at Martha and Marc's cottage. It was super cute and very organized inside. The cottage has everything you need from cooking in- to heading to the beach. A great location if you are looking for walking distance to the beach (about 5-6 minutes), but also away from the main busy street. A quick walk to downtown, which was perfect for our 1 year old. The owners were fantastic, and were quick to answer any questions we had. They thought of all of the little things that made our stay the perfect summer beach trip, even things such as a bucket of sand toys for us to use on the beach, that our 16 year old loved to use making a giant sand castle. Would recommend this beach cottage to everyone!

Our hosts were the nicest couple ever. It helped tremendously that they lived next door to the rental and helped with anything we needed! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the supplies you could ask for, along with details on local amenities and where everything was in the cottage that we could ever possibly need. Wonderful stay
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful cottage. As others havewritten it is beautifully decorated and well stocked with linens. We had a wonderful stay with 4 adults 1 teenager and one toddler, we had plenty of room and having 2 bathrooms was great! The upstairs bathroom was large and the entire house was so clean. It smelled wonderful as well! It was just a short walk to the beach, while being away from any busy streets. It was simply perfect. Definitely will be re booking in the future!
