We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the place! Cleanliness is important to us and it was beautifully clean! Loved the balconies on the every bedroom and the beach right outside the door! Heard nothing from the neighboring condos. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay nice place but dining and living furniture should be updated. The let out couches mattresses is very uncomfortable feel nothing but the springs. Will rent again!!

Wonderful beach access, and plenty of room in this unit made it the perfect getaway.

We really enjoyed our time at White Sands #7! The location was close enough to everything but not in the middle of the busy beach so we had plenty of room to ourselves. It was wonderful to be able to walk directly to the beach from the patio. The condo was clean & more than big enough for our crew of 6 (and sometimes 8). Communication with the property management was great & they were very responsive. We will definitely rent here again when we return.

The location and property were both awesome. The only issue was the air conditioning does not cool the bedrooms well at all.

Reviewer Comments: The units was beautifully decorated and the Master bedroom has a million dollar view. Yet the ceiling fans and lighting do not work properly. The upstairs is stuffy and warm. The double room is smaller than the picture appears. I appreciate the coded doors but we were locked out several times the first night because the batteries were dead. When maintenance came the next day we were given a new 9 digit # to remember. So all three entrances had different codes. The broom was a miniature version of a broom and was broke in half. I went out and bought a new one. No pillows and only 2 blankets for the sleeper sofas. The can opener does not work. The outdoor patio furniture is not like the picture. The umbrella was broken as was the awning. Beautiful to the eye but not worth the $$$$$.

Great size for large family, perfect location

This was a wonderful location and we loved being so close to the beach. The house was very nice. If the weather is hot the upstairs is going to be warm. The ac didn’t quite keep up but we enjoyed ourselves so much it was worth it.

Great trip with a big enough house for everyone to enjoy! Surprised at how big it was in person. It’s the perfect size & easy walk to the beach. You can even walk to the town. Perfect townhouse!

Plenty of space and nice amenities provided. The large garage is great for storing the beach stuff after a long day. Outside showers right at your stairs and a huge deck to enjoy dinners while watching the sunset. I highly recommend this townhome for large family’s or groups.

The downstairs living/dining/kitchen area is very spacious with plenty of seating inside and out. The master bedroom is upstairs is enormous, but the other two rooms are small, so you're unable to add any sleeping space in those rooms (just FYI). However, the fold-out couches downstairs worked well with our older kids. There is plenty of parking available. We were able to fit two SUVs in the garage comfortably and still had two spaces outside in the lot. It's super convenient & close beach access with your own shower/hose and plenty of room to store all of your beach gear downstairs. The first day we arrived at the unit it was getting later, and we were thinking about bed for the kids. We realized that there were no linens left for all of the fold-outs. I got in touch with the management (after-hours), and they responded immediately. They sent somebody out right away to deliver the missing linens. I was delighted with how accommodating they were. No doubt that we would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Our daughter wanted her baby shower to be in Pensacola because most of their friends live there and she wanted a KY Derby theme to remember her Kentucky roots. We had stayed at White Sands (not this particular unit) and love the location. The shower was a big success and even included a stick-horse relay race on the beach. So much fun! The townhouse is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There were a few issues, but Pensacola Beach Properties was very responsive to our concerns and dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. I have two complaints: There were workman there on the outside, caulking and painting. We had no notice that they would be there and it was disconcerting to have them appear on the balcony as I was making our morning coffee. The second is two-fold, the big king-size bed in the middle of the master bedroom with a view of the beach looks inviting, but it proved not practical and so tall that it required steps which made getting around the room like an obstacle course. It may not be a problem for some people but I'm 5'1" and between the tall bed and the bowl-like sinks in the bathrooms I had a hard time just brushing my teeth and washing my face plus the smoky mirrors in the bathroom are just not user-friendly. We love the location and will go back to White Sands, just not to that unit. We will definitely rent again from Pensacola Beach Properties.

The unit right on the beach and has a large deck with patio table as shown. Stargazing at on each of the clear nights was amazing. We love this stretch of beach as you can see both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset each evening. The building is just down from the center of Pensacola Beach with a bike ride or drive that is considered very close by. The condo is fully equipped with fairly new kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware. While we visited a friends home for Thanksgiving, the kitchen and huge dining room table would have easily handled a very large family. Bar stools at the kitchen counter and seating around coffee tables in the living room made for a great setting for the football games. The only down side, which is consistent with this building and others like in along Pensacola Beach is the limited privacy on the deck. The beach is steps away but you do feel a bit close to neighbors at the adjoining units when people are outside. We would definitely return. Love this beach and Pensacola Beach in general.

The unit was very nice, clean and well maintained, and easily accommodated all 9 of us. Location was great, right on the beach, and walking distance down to the pier. The shower/hose at bottom of the deck stairs was a blessing with having kids. The staff was great and easy to work with for the reservation and stay. We had a great time and would stay at the same place again.
