We met in the middle w friends we met on a cruise. The home was perfect. Very clean, had everything we could possible need/ want. Great location and parking.
Would defiystzy again.

The Neigborhood is terrible!! And I mean so terrible we decided not to stay and lost the money we paid for the house. Even though we discussed a partial refund! We had to get a hotel and spend more money. Pictures were sent to the VRBO help desk. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY to think about. Not a safe place. homeless on the corners and some not so savory characters hanging around , house was not cleaned up to standard

Enjoyed our stay at Old Thomas Street. Home was clean and nicely appointed. Owner was very prompt to respond to our requests. I recommend driving to your destination instead of walking. The neighborhood is transitional; we kept the doors locked and alarm set at night.

The house was well supplied. We found it very convenient to see the sights of Memphis. Everything worked out great for us.

Tastefully decorated internally. Outside could use a bit of work. Located on a major highway (Not advertised) that rocked the house every time a truck drove past. Front bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every move. Short drive to Beale Street etc but overall disappointed with this premises. Not what I expected.

Cy was awesome! When he didn't hear from me he made sure to watch for us as he lives close by and met us at the house since my response was never sent to confirm we knew the code to enter. The only thing that was missing was a pizza cutter my mistake for not confirming before I went to the store otherwise there's everything that you need to cook some food if you're cooking something. The place was spotless and if you're worried about security there's a state of the art system including cameras outside that you can check out. We would definitely book again if we come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat in Memphis. We found it easy to get around as well it was only a 20 minute walk to catch the tram. The house was very clean with a beautifully stalked kitchen.

This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!

Overall had a good visit at this home. Although the neighborhood is older we had no problems whatsoever. All the downtown places are a short drive away. Only problem we had was with the heat but the host did everything in his power to correct it. He was available, kind & helpful

Stayed here last year loved it …. This year was a little different- house needs to be deep cleaned for all the dust - air grills - vents - ceiling fans - doors - baseboards - bed linens are stained and needs to be replaced - Cy did have his house cleaner come by immediately to change the bed linens - but he didn’t seem to concerned about the dust that was caked on all the fans/doors and hvac grills & bath exhaust fans - for the price you pay - you would think it would be cleaner / other than all the dust the house was nicely decorated and kitchen fully stocked with all our needs
If you can overlook all the dust - it’s a nice place to stay - convenient location to downtown Memphis

Short story my wife need to make some hem repairs to clothing. We search and found a need sewing kit. She overwhelm with greatness.

The home and trip was great! The only problem we had was the GPS told us to turn left onto the street, when we actually had to turn right.

We came to Memphis to visit Graceland and this house was close. We stayed two nights and had a good time.

Home was exactly what we wanted. There is a busy road nearby but it was quiet from 11pm to 5 am each night we were there. Not a big deal for us as we were up early each day. Felt safe during our stay which is always important while traveling. Cy was always quick to respond to questions not even related to the home, but questions like where is the nearest grocery store. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Nicely decorated and well stocked with necessary items. We had a fun time and I recommend it for adults. There is a busy road near by but didn’t bother us. It was easy to get downtown and to midtown and super close to St. Jude’s hospital.

Excellent communication with host, easy to understand check in keypad. Very nice interior, cute little house. Sits on a busier street but backs onto a nice, quiet little neighborhood. Sat outside in the rain and watched the cars go by from the delightful porch. Was a little unnerved at first glance of the neighborhood, wondering where we were driving to. Once we got our bearings it was a great location, and a super nice visit. House was close enough to "town" to be convenient to Sun Records, Beale St & river boats but far enough away to be a relief from all the crowds. Some traffic sounds inside but that didn't hinder us from sleeping comfortably & soundly each night.

we had difficulties finding the house, but re-reading owners´ instructions, we easily found it. The bed in the middle room was short. Otherwise we really liked the house and the facilities.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Memphis. It was very clean and we had great instructions and labels from our host regarding where to find extra towels, the recycling bin, etc. It’s only 3 miles to downtown. We’d definitely stay here again.
