La literie maison près du centre-ville
La vétusté, le bruit du locataire d en haut,
C est très vieillot.
Surtout virez le divan, il ne donne vraiment pas envie

Keukentje en badkamer waren oké
Het ruikt erg muf als je voordeur binnenkomt en het is er niet schoon. Het appartementje heeft dringend nieuwe meubels nodig. Bank en stoelen zijn doorgezakt en vol vlekken. Bedden te hard! TV werkt niet en er is ook géén fatsoenlijke informatie te vinden hóé je hem aan de praat krijgt. Verder lagen er informatie en folders die niet up to date waren .. nota bene uit 2022..??? 😱 tjonge tjonge, leuk verdienmodel zo’n appartementje! Daar is niks mis mee mee maar wel zorgen dat het aangenaam en goed vertoeven is voor de gasten!

the location is good.
there was no hot water at all and my family had to have cold shower for the entire stay. It was utter agony and spoilt our whole trip. I tried to contact the owner but her reply was not responsive at all and the problem could not be fixed before our departure. she promised to give us a refund for the stay but she never fulfilled her promise. I hope she can contact me again directly or via booking.com asap!!! i also hope that booking.com can help me connect with the owner.

Excellent location, walking distance to centre
No hot water which is needed after a long day of travel. Tried to contact owners by phone and message . Responded 8.1/2 hours after we left the following day.

Location was excellent. Quiet street near centre of town. Comfortable beds nicely decorated. Would recommend.
For us it was ideal for a three night stay. I liked everything.

The remote welcome, the location and easy parking, the apartment structure, nice kitchen and coffee caps available, the heaters, renovated bathroom
The overall building and inside looks old/worn and not sufficiently renovated. There was no heating on at check in, so make sure to check in early during cold times and to switch heaters on yourself to avoid a cold nose and feet.

Nice place, cosy, good location.
There should have been a toddler bed, but when we get there it could not be fixed. Fortunately the second bed was big enough for our three children

Good location
we could not get the microwave to work and there are no dishes suitable for the oven provided therefore couldn’t cook our food. The facilities in general are good and it is good value.

Great easy walk to restaurants and champagne houses. Good for families or 2 couples. Well equipped. Hostess communicate with all instructions.

Great location, near centre. Nice beds, good kitchen, near parking places (where you need to pay a few euros, not much). Rooms were good
The entrance downstairs smelled bad. There was no closet to hang our clothes. Otherwise all good.

The location was good, easy to walk in everywhere we wanted to go in epernay. Key collection was easy. Coffee and tea were provided. Only one bathroom for 2 bedrooms but the shower area was very nice. Some leaking under the toilet and the bathroom sink.
The whole street in front of the flat was torn up. The owner didn't relay this information to us. Our shoes and rollerbags were covered with sand from the construction. Construction was ongoing on 815 on Saturday morning. The entrance to the building smelled very musty and many of us had allergy problems from this. The apartment is a bit small for 2 couples. The second bedroom is very small with no place to put your luggage and move around the beds.

The host was very responsive to our needs and addressed issues right away.
The couch is stained and while I have no doubt it is clean, it appears dirty because of the staining and colour-fading. It's a shame as it really impacts the visual quality of the property which is otherwise very good.

In the centre of Épernay, everything was very in reach. Clean and neat apartment with nice a douche.
It's situated close to a busy main road with lots of cargo traffic - so it's somewhat noisy the whole day.

It was an easy 5-10min walk to the supermarket, restaurants & the main part of Epernay. We could never find any free parking in the streets close to the apartment, but the pay parking just across the street was cheap & safe, so that was great.
