Amazing location. In the heart and centre of Epernay. Everything was a short walking distance. parking outside was easy and cheap on the meter or the app and always had a space. The host had excellent communication skills in the build up to the stay and the apartment had all we needed and more.

The host was wonderful and very helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. The location is very good and Eparney is a wonderful town. The apartments are clean and very comfortable. You have everything you need.

Perfect location - central, but quiet. Huge car park very close by. Large living room and kitchen, with a terrace off. Lovely tall windows, and each room has a large comfy bed. Great decor too.

Stairs to loft apartment is not for people that find a lot of stairs challenging.

The property is right in the city center and amenities are just a 5 minutes walk away.

Pascale communicated with us well, providing the door code and key box as we were arriving just a little earlier than she expected, but she met us within 5mins anyway (she didn't want us to wait). The room is beautifully decorated, and it had everything you needed for a few days in town. It is very central, so easy to get to the train station, bakeries, cafes etc.

This small studio was perfect for my friend and I. We were pleasantly suprised by the newly decorated rooms. It was done in a beautifully chic, modern, and elegant design. Felt very Ritzy, high class, and cozy! Everything you want for a stay in Champagne. It was very clean and comfortable and came with a fully equipt kitchen. Bed large bed was VERY comfy as well. The apartment is only a short 2 min walk to the Avenue de Champagne with the city center full of resturants shops and bakeries at its door step. It really is in the perfect location. Pascale the host was more than accomodating meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys and info of the city. She was texting me every step of the way making it very easy to plan and find. We flew to Paris and took the Train to the Epernay train station which was only a 5 min walk to the apartment. Very easy to get to and a lovely spot. We are already planning our next visit to Bubble 8 :) THANK YOU PASCALE for an AMAZING stay

The accommodation is a perfect place to stay . Our host was very kind and gave us great recommendations for brilliant restaurants in Épernay and its surrounding area. The place is perfectly situated, everything (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, shops) is in walking distance. The appartement is very well-equipped, comfortable and clean. We simply loved it. Merci pour un week-end génial!

nice and warm in winter, easy to get to restaurants, the public carpark is a minutes walk away.

Our room was clean and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Our host was wonderful and helped us arrange transport out to one of the Champagne houses on our stay.

Fantastic property in every aspect. Pascale, the owner is extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. We will be back :)

Great apartment with all facilities present, comfortable, clean and city Center location with Av. De Champ around the corner. Clear communication from host, helpful and fast reaction time. In short: one to remember.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room. There was a surprise bottle of champagne waiting for us. Perfect stay

Very nice room! In the center, everything walking distance. Clean and very good shower and beds. Parking in the same street is also cheap.
