Excellent well maintained property, lovely host, going above and beyond (including driving us into the high street!). Nice touch of leaving champagne on arrival.

Perfect for us - had everything we needed - and much appreciated extras. located and excellent advice from the host.

Watch the step down from the kitchen into the living area. We all stumbled with it - especially when sleepy.

We had a great, short stay in Epernay. The apartment was easy to get to, with a good amount of street parking for our vehicle. Apt was on the second floor, using digital key code to get in, which was very convenient and easy to use. The apartment was a nice 2br, with very comfortable beds, a tv with Netflix, and best of all, a bottle of Champagne waiting for us when we got there! The jacuzzi tub was excellent, with our two sons having the most fun in there of anyone. There is also a shower if baths arent for you. Full kitchen. Location is great, its within walking distance of the main Champagne houses, or a short 4 minute drive. It is a 7 minute drive from Hautville, where we had a nice meal and purchased most of our champagne. Host is very responsive, checked in out us to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Only thing i would probably recommend is that there is not couch in the living room but 4 single chairs. For families it would probably work better if there were a small couch in lieu of the chairs.

The passion of the owner is visible in the decoration of the apartment and the good communication and instructions received.

Income stairs needs upgrade.

Brilliant location ... 10 minutes walk from champagne tasting and centre of Epernay. Lovely touches by host including bottle of chilled champagne on arrival and fancy biscuits. Spacious apartment with spa bath that was put to good use

We had the most amazing host, he was incredibly helpful. He was so kind to leave us a bottle of champagne and biscuits as a welcome gift. The apartment is gorgeous with a very nice view. we never needed a cab/ taxi to get around as the apartment was very central. The bathroom with the jacuzzi was my favourite :) this place was the highlight of our trip.

We tripped on the step up to kitchen and minor issue with door that was quickly resolved

Andre our host was amazing. He communicated well giving us explicit instructions on parking and how to get into the apartment complete with photos. The bed we slept in was one of the most comfortable we’ve had while travelling through Europe. The place was very close to everything in Epernay. We thoroughly enjoyed the champagne and biscuits that were left for us. We look forward in returning. All I can say is don’t be put off by having to climb a few stairs it’s well worth it!

Located within walking distance from town. Many upgrades and very friendly and accommodating owner. Large rooms and very clean.

It was a little noisy and due to the very warm time of the year it was tough to keep it cool for sleeping.

Close to the heart of major Champagne Houses: Moët Chadon, Mercier, and so many more! This clean, well-equipped two bedroom apartment with very comfortable Queen beds was just right for three adult travelers for our 3-day visit to Epernay! Wonderful, considerate host who proactively communicated, and was interested in our well-being. Responsive to requests for assistance in an expedient fashion.

Small area for toilet is a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic apartment close to the centre of Epernay. Beautifully decorated, clean and well furnished - everything we needed for a short stay (2 adults, 2 teens). Key code entry was really useful (no need to worry about keys). Host provided us with a complimentary bottle of Champagne plus an array of soft drinks and biscuits - lovely touch.

André was very nice, sending message and ask if all was okey, if we need anything etc etc, he care about the guest.

Beds comfortable. Quiet area of town Not too far to walk into town

Check in was very easy with access code. The apartment is small but has everything you need. I especially like the bed it was very comfortable. The host prepared for us some local delicacy which was very nice. It's located 10 mins walk from the center, parking on the street is relatively easy. The building itself is facing a street but in the night it was relatively quiet. If you want to sleep through the day you might hear noise but otherwise I had no problem sleep through the night and I am a very light sleeper. Great value for money.

We stopped here on our way to the south of France. Before we arrived André made himself known to us and gave us very clear instructions of how to enter the property. On gaining entry we were very pleasantly surprised with a chilled bottle of champagne in the fridge to welcome us along with some local biscuits. The owner had clearly gone above and beyond here to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was a great location and made for a superb stopover . We would definitely stop again!

There are some stairs to negotiate with luggage but they are manageable.

A great apartment walking distance from whatever you need. Excellent communication and really easy access. A wonderful touch to leave champagne and a great attention to detail with the decor. The bed is super comfy.

The entry stairs aren’t much to look at but this is irrelevant once you enter the apartment- which is just lovely.
