Lovely building in good location. Centre of Champagne region

Great price. Convenient location next to lidl for breakfast supplies, and only short drive to Champagne Avenue and smaller houses. Reception moved us when initially allocated room smelt of cigarette smoke.

Although a non-smoking property, smoke smell still in the hallways and our initial room (reception moved us with no issue).

Room was big and had two floors, big parking, located a little away from the city center but still walking distance.

Very old bathroom, very basic facilities, strong smell in the corridor.

It was a nice clean room, travelling by motorcycle and got very wet, was able to dry my clothes overnight.

Only place available in Epernay during light festival but it served our needs . it was clean , warm and had a comfy bed. parking just by the door.

The property is basic with no frills. A great place to stop for one night.

there was discolored water in the bathtub even after I let it run for 3 minutes. I wasn’t too happy about washing in dirty water.

Helpful girl on reception. We didn't like the first room offered but they up-graded us to a better one at no extra cost. Reasonable breakfast. Good parking on-site.

The hotel is a long way from Epernay centre. It is very, very basic. More like a back-packers place or youth hostel. Sizable rooms but with very little furniture. Smelly drains in the bathroom which badly needed modernising. The reception in only manned for certain times.

At least Reception were quite understanding of our concerns.

At present it would be INADVISABLE to stay here if you were anticipating a remotely normal hotel or apartment experience. This situation may well change by October,when the army of hard-working grape harvesters leave. No advance warning given of the unexpected scenes and noise that met us in late August. The small print nearly caught us out, there is NO receptionist on Sunday, which is highly suboptimal,so make sure you phone ahead to arrange collection of keys.

The breakfast was great with various options to choose from. The hotel has a good location, it is about 20-25 minutes walk to the city center and 5 minutes by car. It also has a free parking lot. Good hotel for a short stay.

The room could have been cleaned better. There were spider webs and spiders on the ceiling and in the toilet. The pillows and mattress were not really comfortable. The reception staff doesn't speak English well (except for one of them). You are expected to clean the kitchenette and throw the garbage bags by yourself at the checkout; this is not mentioned anywhere while making the reservation, it was only written in the elevators.

Did not appreciate from info given just how basic the apartment was. Apt well overdue for redecoration. Beds of basic almost camp bed quality.

lots of space, we had a large bathroom, an entrance and a big sitting room/kitchen space with a cabin bed that serves as a sofa in the day. the kitchen facilities were great and we had plenty of space to store food as well. There is a park just behind the hotel with a playground and lots of open space to play. Lidl is visible from the hotel and the town of Pierry has anything else you might need. There is a washing machine on site or a laundrette in Pierry. The staff are really helpful and even refunded me the last night when we had to leave a day early, although they didn’t have to. I would recommend to any families wanting to get away on a budget. We really enjoyed our stay here and wanted to stay longer, will definitely be back.

the building definitely needs refurbishment - which is clearly underway - our room could have been cleaner but it was still satisfactory. There is a washing machine on site but the dryer didn’t work properly and everything came out damp after 40 mins with a small load.

Parking lot, heating, shower

Realy dirty room. Dirty kitchen. Very old facility, poorly maintained, lot of mold. Nothing to do with pictures. Reception is 300m away from the apartment, nobody explained that I had to use a code to open the door of the building nor where to find the code. When I finally got to the room, the access card did not work and I had to walk another 600m before I could get to my room
