Lovely apartment and great location

We had issues with opening door using code. Used lockbox key instead. Reported problem and were promised that maintenance would fix it and we would be given extra key but this didn’t happen.

The apt is nice and in good location.

Apparently it was too popular because we walked in and learned that it was double booked.

Wow factor when walked in. Lounge area was very impressive.

Entry system - needed to phone to gain entry. Bedroom and bathroom size downstairs - too tight.

Simply gorgeous apartment. Large, spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Location was fantastic. So close to the opera house, Albertina museum and all the other magnificent sites within Innere Stadt. Supermarket and public transport conveniently located close by too.

The location was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning & the host’s communication was terrific.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

The apartment is clean, and having a door code made it easy for my friend and me to go in and out independently. There are restaurants and food shops nearby. Many attractions are within 15-25 mins walking distance.

Location, location, location! Excellent communication with the owner; spacious accommodation and well equipped. Loved the living/dining/terrace common area for relaxing with family after a busy day of sightseeing.

the apartment was in a very good location, was very spacious and clean, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. always felt very safe and secure in the building.

Firstly the communication with the host was superb! I don’t think anyone has ever replied to me so quickly. The location is fabulous - one block from the Opera House and less than a block from closest subway. Everything was walking distance, we didn’t use the subway at all except to/from airport. The apartment itself is fantastic also - so quiet, we did not hear anything overnight as all windows face indoor courtyards and not the road. Very bright apartment with 3 separate bedrooms that are all spread out the apartment for privacy. Few bathrooms, very clean and bright. The entire building is a beautiful charming building. Beds were great. Nespresso coffee machine in kitchen and everything we could need to cook. Checkin was easy and the value for money for this place (location and quality of place itself) makes this one of the best places I’ve stayed at.

Didn’t bother us at all but the place had one pillow per person and they were quite flat pillows. I loved them but someone might find them too flat. There was a bath but insufficient hot water to fill it in one go. Again no biggie but good to know.

Towel warmer. Location and very spacious apartment.

Bathtub no shower curtain and very slippery when wet. Ended up every one has to use the shower instead. Otherwise everything is perfect.

it’s really amazing and I highly recommend it. it’s big apartment with modern furniture and it has spilt AC. WiFi was excellent. location is amazing. it deserves the money value

Mattress and pillows

The location, the facilities, the size of the apartment.

it would have been nice to have a welcome pack with essentials. (milk etc). the local spa shop was closed when we arrived which meant a 15min walk to find another one. we were ready for a nice cup of tea after a day of travelling.
