I recently had the opportunity to stay at an apartment that I cannot help but express my dissatisfaction with. The listing boasted about various amenities that turned out to be completely misleading, leaving me feeling frustrated and deceived. One of the major letdowns was the lack of functioning air conditioning. Despite the explicit mention of air conditioning in the listing, the apartment was devoid of any cool air, making my stay quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer days. It was disheartening to realize that the hosts had not provided what was promised. To make matters worse, the shower was a constant source of annoyance. It fluctuated between scalding hot and icy cold without warning, making it almost impossible to enjoy a relaxing shower. The inconsistency in water temperature was not only frustrating but also inconvenient, as it disrupted my daily routine. Additionally, the quality of the pillows provided was abysmal. They were flat, lumpy, and offered no support whatsoever. As a result, my sleep quality suffered throughout my stay. It's disappointing that such a seemingly basic aspect, like providing comfortable pillows, was overlooked by the hosts. What exacerbated my disappointment was the unhelpful and unresponsive behavior of the hosts when I reached out to them regarding these issues. Their lack of concern and abrupt cessation of communication only intensified my frustration and left me feeling ignored. The only saving grace of this apartment was its location. I must admit that the convenience of being centrally located and close to various attractions was a small consolation amidst the multitude of disappointments. However, it's important to note that a prime location alone cannot compensate for the overall lack of amenities and the hosts' indifference to guests' concerns. In conclusion, my experience at this apartment was far from satisfactory.

We travel a lot in hotels and apartments in many countries. This apartment was absolutely fabulous, very large, extremely well kept. I would qualify it as luxurious, high quality amd for a reasonable price for such a gem within walking distance of all monuments in Wien

The appartment was clean, spacious and the location was in the center, near the underground. Shop for food and drink at the overside and walking distance from the station and the center.

The apartment is so beautiful and modern. it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. the kitchen has everything you need (we made coffee and breakfast there as there are so many nice restaurants nearby, especially the Korean restaurant next door has amazing food). Beds are comfortable and everything is perfect. supermarket is across the road and you can walk to all the main attractions. check In process is clear and easy. Mai is a super host she is very prompt to respond and very friendly. if we come back to Vienna to visit I will definitely stay here again!

great apartments. Everything is within walking distance. subway 3 minutes. The apartments have everything you need for your stay. terrace for smoking. for a trip in the winter, the apartment is very warm. easy getting the keys.

The location was great and it was lovely staying in an apartment instead of a hotel. The washing machine was a bonus for us.

Nothing that I can think of. Just know it’s not a hotel so you don’t have the things you would normally get from a hotel but you have other bonuses instead.

Definitely value for money. Really nice, clean and cozy appartment in a nice area. We definitely recommend it.

There was no TV signal, but to be honest we didn't mind.

Stayed in December. Apartment was always lovely and warm and only a short walk from shopping streets and Christmas markets. I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is large and in a lovely location for exploring Vienna.

Please note - all of the following criticisms have been communicated to the host and may have been resolved by now: 1) Communication before and during our stay was challenging. Our messages were not answered in a timely fashion. 2) Upon arrival, we noticed the living room light was not working. As a result, the living/dining/kitchen area was EXTREMELY dark. We sent a message at 10:30 a.m. requesting someone come and install lightbulbs and did not get a response for 2 and a half days. When someone finally did arrive, he confirmed that only 1 light bulb out of 5 was working but he couldn't replace them so we never did have a functioning light. We had to use our iphone flashlights to read in the living room. 3) The kitchen had no oven mitts/pot holders and only 1 dish towel to use for 4 days. There were several other small irritations/deficiencies but these were the most annoying to us.

really loved the apartment and it was really comfortable and beautiful . the living room is big and the kitchen has everything that you need for a cooking (except for salt, oil and pepper, which is important to buy for the minimal cooking) The apartment was always warm and we enjoyed the location.

we didn’t understand how the air-conditioning is working. The couch was really not comfortable. We didn’t have a place to charge our phones next to the bed. The hot water in the shower weren’t working all the time and we had cold “waves “ while taking the shower.

Everthing was perfect. The apartment is in the centre, so we did not need to use any vehicle to arrive museums or christmas markets. Thank you for everything!
