It is a lovely Villa, very comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice and helpful.

We ran out of eggs one day so we tried out their European and Asian breakfasts. They weren’t very good. We later found out that you can order food (and taxi) from the Grab App and it was super easy and efficient.

The villa was super...only thing disappointed that at night we were not able to talk also ..ppl complaint and without discussing us the staff msg us of 10000 Bhatt fine if complain comes again...we were just chilling ..so if ppl want to chill or party..I will suggest not to choose this property.

Beautiful room and lovely pool. The service was very friendly and it was convenient to be able to contact reception via WhatsApp to book the shuttle bus and taxis. The shuttle bus only ran during the day and early evening so we caught taxis and tuktuks back to the villa after dinner.

- location a bit far from city you need a ride - pool needs maintenance and heater because the water is cold - no room services after 7 pm

fridge didn’t work for the entire stay doors didn’t lock properly - but this was sorted out pool lights not working - but sorted out

every thing the staff was very good they help us in everything from 8:00am to 7:00pm the reception close that the only thing i dont like about the close reception

i did not try the room service food, but I have to say that the menu did not grab my attention at all and there wasn’t much international choices.

Location: we had to take Grab taxi rides everywhere, not much in the area so that should be a consideration when you are booking this villa. With that said, it was worth it because of all of the other plus points.

The place is a little far from convenience stores but other than that it was an exceptional stay! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay there and all the staff there are extremely nice and friendly :)

For my friends and I, the only issue was that it was a little far from convenience stores so make sure to do your shopping before you go to the villa and stock up on food/essentials :D

It was cozy and restful, it was a beautiful Villa and wonderful for a family getaway. Perfect for staying in or coming back to after a long day of activities. The pool and windows all around were great. The daily servicing was also very nice with very sweet ladies. The location is nice, just a shuttle away from Kamala beach and nearby all the things you need, good eats as well as a market.

It’s a nice quiet area but because it is near a mosque, you hear the prayer chants a few times a day, including very early in the morning. That’s the only thing I could really complain about. It would also be nice to have a laundry area for longer stays, but there’s one laundromat not too far.
