Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Large suite with almost everything you might require for a comfortable and homely stay. Very helpful staffs. Located just next to the Kamala Beach. Manyl amenities and superstores are on the walking distance. A lot of choices for food.

In general everything was good. Location is excellent, very close to the beach.

The check-in was late for 30 minutes. The towels smelt not very good. The hotel needs renovation.

The room size was good

It wasn’t cleaned very well we couldn’t use the kitchen facilities as they were really dirty.

Hotel is old enough, air conditioner is working very noisy, no safe box in the room, no own restaurant, no real lobby - looks like 3* hotel maximum. In front of the hotel - road, on the other side of the road - many low level small cafes and/or “restaurants” and public beach behind them. Photos on your site are not reflect the real picture.

The rooms were spacious and clean.

The pool lacks the sun for a large part of day.

Spacious, daily cleaning and comfortable beds. Pool is good, gym is OK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location.

Daily cleaning was a very quick whizz round, very perfunctory, so after 2 weeks it felt dirty. Stained sofas too, and apartmemt smelt a bit musty. We bought air fresheners which helped. Otherwise it was perfect for 4 adults or a family - decent sized rooms.

The Staff were delightful and the facilities clean and well maintained. The location was perfectly central to restaurants, massage and of course that wonderful beach. So family and couple friendly and the locals laidback and friendly. Would definately recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was in an excellent location nestled between some really good restaurants and bars. It was just a 10min walk to lovely Kamala Beach. The hotel provided tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water on a daily basis. Nothing was too much trouble. We kept our rooms on for an additional charge of THB 500 which was well worth having the room for an extra 4hrs.

the rooms were really big, had a kitchenette for cooking, two bathrooms and good for families., the staff was pleasant,but not helpful. the location was a five minute walk to the beach

the swimming pool wasn’t appealing, no slides for the kids. because of the shade of the hotel the water was cold. they cleaned the rooms in five minutes. after we paid for two family rooms for nine nights we asked to stay the last day until 5in the afternoon, they wanted to charge us even though in the hotel they’re was a lot of empty rooms. we asked to speak to the manager for about a week and he/she never was there. in the end they let us stay until three. not a way to get customers back. i think in off season getting a room through Booking.com for a day, and then looking on your own is a cheaper and better option.

The cleaning was poor as the staff didn’t use a vacuum cleaner there was always sand and dirt on the floor, but considering the price it was ok.

Our rooms was large with 2 bathrooms.Beds was good.

We came to The Palms because we would like to have swimming pool and fitness facility but turned out that the fitness closed due Covid restrictions.So dissapointed.
