Super beliggenhed, som er i gåafstand til det hele. Der er en 7eleven samt en Starbucks lige rundt om hjørnet. Mange gode restauranter i området. Meget nem og kort gåtur til fx. Petronas towers. Rigtig god plads i lejligheden til en familie på 4 personer. Vi nød poolen. Bygningen fremstår lidt slidt, men alt fungerede. Kommunikationen med værten fungerede også upåklageligt, værten var meget behjælpelig.

Elevatoren var meget varm. Efter jeg havde booket lejligheden modtog jeg information om, at der skulle betales et depositum, hvilke ikke var nemt når man kommer fra udlandet. Værten var dog meget imødekommende og vi fandt en god løsning.

The security guards are all friendly as well and the rules are not strict! They helped me with the check in procedure. 6. The unit is very cozy, airy, its like staying at our own home!

Nothing negative about the host/property but the way to the property is quite narrow as many cars are parked at roadside. There are also many stalls, so the street can be a bit busy.

Location is a few mins walk to KLCC Suria. You get the entire unit to yourself. Very good facilities in the room including a washing machine. There is industrial washing machine and dryer in the basement. Super responsive and always ask if I needed cleaning. TV is really nice and new and comes with Netflix.

Building is old. Bed is a bit on the softer side although this is a matter of personal preference. Only a small window that can be opened. The aircon was not that great and took time to cool down.

Location near KLCC , its 3 minute walk from this apartment and view facing Menara Kuala Lumpur.

Parking area inconvenient. Elevator is very slow and only one can be used

The apartment was clean Comfortable bed Great view out the window from the 29 floor room 7 Fully equipped kitchen for light cooking 24/7 self service laundry in the ground level parking

Although a washing machine is present, it was broken and the owner did not have time to fix it for us, this was disappointing because we specifically selected this accommodation for the washing machine. luckily there was a paid alternative in the ground level laundry . Internet speed terrible, 8 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload, the accommodation has a wifi 4G cellular type router but all 4G cellular internet signal in the apartment is weak, even tried my own 4G mobile internet connection from Digi and Celcom , with the same low bandwidth speeds. If you are heavy internet depended with uploads , I would advice to avoid this room at level 29. For normal website browsing and YouTube watching, it is ok. I hope the owner will fix the washing machine and get better landline internet wifi for that room. Also there were cockroaches in the kitchen but this was clearly not from the apartment as the apartment was extremely clean, I believe there are dirty neighbour apartments there that are infested, the whole area has a cockroach issue anyway.

Is walking distance to KLCC n LRT station, there is a convenient store and street food stalls nearby. Nice city view from room.

After booking only noticed they charged rm60 for cleaning (no cancellation booking) which made the total price paid for the property much higher than advertise. And, there are a lot of rules, but for me is alright.

Las vistas desde el apartamento increíbles. La ubicación es genial (a 5 minutos caminando de las torres petronas) Acceso al gimnasio y a la piscina (muy bonita y con vistas bonitas)

Los señores de la recepción del edificio fueron bastante desagradables y maleducados conmigo.
