Stayed here with our Daughter aged 21 in July 2022. Villa was excellent and as per photos (although was bigger than photos) Its about a 20 minute walk to the main strip or 4 euro in a taxi. Villa had everything we needed and had recently had new bathrooms installed so looks very modern. Host was very easy to contact and quick to reply so on the whole excellent stay and would have not hesitation of staying again.

This was an excellent property, layout, facilities and all it promised. It was well appointed with items required in the kitchen, for the pool etc. It also has TV for all including BBC/ITV for all UK nations - great addition if needed. The property needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of paintwork and general TLC - but from our understanding this is due imminently and once done this will be an excellent holiday experience. The property is within walking distance, if physically able, to shops etc. My party had a fantastic holiday in this excellent property - we have to thank the owner for all assistance given before and during our stay. We would recommend this property highly.

This is our second Stay at Ray and Stephs Villa, we know the area well and have stayed often in Corralejo, the Villa is spacious, beds comfy, pool is warm, plenty of sunbeds, chairs and cushions, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again.. Nicola and Dave do a great job keeping the Villa clean and are always available for any little issues. Great location to walk into town, we usually taxi back at less than 5 euros with a tip.

Villa is within walking distance of the town centre and harbour, 20 minutes there. We are all over 64 and we managed it. For the money this represents excellent value.

only rented this property as it had a heated pool that i paid extra for, after 4 days of waiting of messages and temp tested was told it was broke and by sounds of it was broke previous week too. villa is huge but needs serious updating, couldnt park on drive either as neighbour across the way used all the street for car repairs, even asking me to move the car form outside the villa and park down the street sorry but wouldnt stay here again

Great villa had everything needed. About 15/20 min walk to start of strip no problem at all just got taxis back at night for about 3€. Ray the owner was helpful in the booking process moving our dates with no problems due to covid travel bans. The villa management team over there were great from cleaning the pool to dealing with any problems or faults, really helpful Would re book no problem

We have been going to this resort for nearly 20 years and this could be the worst villa we have stayed in. Its a great big spacious villa with a nice pool however it is very dated and the location is terrible. Our check in was non existent and the postcde sends you to the middle of the main road behind the villa, we arrived expecting someone to meet us or even to have been told where the keys would have helped and after numerous attempted phone calls to the owner we eventually got him and he told us what villa it was and where the key was being kept. It's a handy 10min walk to the town but the noise from the road was bad when your at the pool and to be woken every single morning with music coming from a loud speaker across the road in what I think is a football ground or something.During our 2 week stay we had no clean bedding at all and the bedding we had was an old duvet cover being used as a sheet. We would have been happy to wash them if there had been a change available.We were very disappointed on our return to hear that the owner was charging us for the sun lounger cushions to be cleaned despite the fact they we filthy when we arrived. Despite all of this holiday we did have a good and I hope the owner of this property takes on board our feedback.

Im großen und ganzen haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Größe der Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Pool und Aussenanlage auch völlig okay. Leider langsames Internet,Radio hören und gleichzeitig zwei Kinder auf Whatsapp funktioniert nicht . Für uns war dieses Ferienhaus völlig okay, da wir Tagsüber viel unterwegs waren und meistens nur den Abend und den Morgen im Haus verbrachten. Kleine Anmerkung an den Vermieter: bitte mehr Bettbezüge. Grillen am Haus hat auch super geklappt, leider kein funktionierender Sonnenschirm . Bis auf die kleinen Mängel haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

This property is great I have stayed 3 times now. There is a lot of space in this property . It is well kept and has everything you need for your stay. It is a little walk into the centre we did this twice daily about 10 minutes to the start of the shops:bars 20 minutes to the harbour . Great private pool with lots of outdoor space . This villa has had some upgrades since our last stay with new outdoor furniture and mattress in the main room all only made this property better. Great place great host

The villa is very nice, plenty of room, had everything we needed, pool is a nice size. Everyone we dealt with were helpful and pleasant. Overall great holiday.

We, have just arrived back from villa Sophie and can’t complain about the villa at all, whoever the location leaves a lot to be desired. It is quite easy to walk into town and supermarkets as previously stated but and it’s a big but the road literally 15 yards behind the villa is extremely busy all day and with this comes the noise,At the time of our stay another road is under construction and has been so for a considerable time it starts at 7:30am with diggers and tarmac lorries which at times caused pictures and mirrors to shake on the walls. Along with this 1 villa along was another building site of 8 villas with diggers crane delivering materials,and lorries, The back road is the main road in the area and is used buy all traffic including 8 times a day dune buggies going to and from the dunes ( horrendous noise). At times there were delivery lorries at end off the cul-de- sac delivering buildings materials resulting in having noise and dust on 3 sides. The dust/dirt from the roads and building works was horrendous we could not sit outside as a family of an evening to eat so sat inside at the table, the outside furniture had to be cleaned numerous times daily as thick with dust/dirt you really do need headphones on to appreciate the outside space. We could not use the roof top terrace because of the noise and dust. On one occasion we had to call the management company to come clean the pool which he did an excellent job. But after a few days it had grit/ sand and dirt in again, whilst we understand that Ray the owner is in no way responsible for the works it would have been nice to have been informed before we paid final balance so we could have made an informed choice rather than waking up after our late arrival to the diggers and lorries, The villa itself is fine and can’t fault it but I’m afraid we could not return because of the location of the 2 roads. Overall we were disappointed with our stay due to the roads and building works only

Our concerns regarding the rental property began five days before our start date when we received an email from Ray (the owner) stating building work was taking place in the area! On arrival, everything seemed fine although we could see 6 villas being constructed one door away from the villa. Wi fi was not working despite paying an additional fee and Paul, the manager, did not consider it essential to our holiday! Two subsequent calls to ourselves from Movistar, the provider, within the first 4 days of our holiday produced no results! In addition, the brand new TV also appeared to work through the WiFi. My most memorable moment of the holiday was waking up on Monday morning to the sound of traffic, building noise from the villas and the construction noise of a new road very close to the villa! However, this was nothing compared to the building dust both inside and outside the villa - we did not manage to eat outside once - the pool area was covered in orange building dust despite us hosing it all down and sweeping! Finally, on Wednesday, day 4 , we decided we had to find alternative accommodation- we’d started coughing and getting hoarse. However, we notified Ray of our intentions and I’d kept him up to date with photos of the state of the villa for his information - was surprised that the manager didn’t pop round to see for himself! By the evening, the access code had been changed despite us paying for the week! We were effectively shut out! Such a shame - spacious detached villa but unfortunately will have this ongoing building work for some time - so wish we’d been told before we paid the balance - we may have cancelled and booked elsewhere- the two lots of work have been going on for some months! We’ve now had the additional cost of paying for a further 3 nights accommodation! Was surprised to find no mention of the main road in the details which is located next to the villa , directly over the wall from the pool- it is indeed at the end of a small cul de sac but more relevant is the proximity to the main road into Corraleja! I fully accept that Ray was not responsible for the building work however, I feel we should have been notified of the severity of the amount of work ongoing prior to departure! Our position ,at that point, left us no choice but to travel. In conclusion, a very disappointing holiday - expected a far more positive response from the on site manager to visit us and see for himself the conditions that prevailed!

We stayed here in April young couple in there 30’s , 2children of 2,5 and grandparents in there yearly 60’s.Good location , about 15 walk into town , 20 mins to the square . Stayed for ten nights and had bbq for 4 nights , witch was nice to have everything you need and no rush to get out the pool .a large food shop up on the hill about 1km witch has everything you need food wise .All in all lovely holiday .

Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. Lots of out door space and the pool was just perfect. There is a bit of traffic noice from a main road but you don't see it behind the garden walls and I just popped on a pair of headphones and forgot all about it.

Unique location on the fringe of correlejo. Very spacious and lovely pool ideal for just relaxing and close enough to see the highlights that this beautiful island has to offer Owner very accomodating to anything you you require for your stay Highly recommended I will be back as soon as possible 👌👍🌴🌾

Villa is extremely well appointed and equipped with almost everything you could have wanted (would have just liked a teapot for those of us who drink tea) Host and manager very attentive when we lost hot water, and manager, Paul, came the next day and reset the boiler. Having a heated pool was great and we used it virtually every day. Nice distance from town so not in the midst of tourist clamour, and neighbour seemed a nice guy, always chatty when we were coming and going. Internet password on bottom of box. We all really enjoyed our stay, thank you

Very well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday and even though the pool looks small on the photos it was big enough for all at one time supermarkets pubs restaurants markets all about 5mins to 20min walk dependent on what you require beach also only about 20min walk All in all we loved it and hope to book again soon

Lovely villa, a little day time noise from nearby road, but quiet during evening. We had a nice relaxed holiday walked into main town each evening, about 20 mins, found some nice restaurants, also the music square, sitting drinking cocktails, lovely atmosphere.

Stayed at villa for a week, it's a great villa, nice and clean , and it's in a quiet location, pool was wonderful and although it was mid February the pool was nice and warm, has wifi and uk telly channels, would certainly recommend this villa.

My overall experience was really good,the owner of this villa was very friendly and helpful,villa itself had everything you need they even provided high chair and baby cot for our friends baby,all the cutlery ,dishes etc they have everything here.The villa is very well mantained anf looked after. The only con would be the mashine next to the pool thats located outside the main bedroom,it gets quiet noisy at night and the villa itself its on the corner so it could be very windy(well you should know its quiet windy in fuertaventura anyway:)) also you have to like walking because villa its located about 15-20min from town centre and the sea. Apart from that everything was brilliant. Thanks to the owner Ray!!!

We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. Any questions I had were always answered by Ray who could have not been more helpful. Local supermarkets have everything you need. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the main street which has numerous restaurants and bars . Retro Bar is great for live music. We will definitely book this villa again and would recommend it to everyone

Have just got back from a wonderful hot sunny week in this lovely villa in Corralejo. Right from our initial enquiry, communication has been excellent, every question we asked was answered quickly and accurately. Ray and Steph have also been very flexible, accommodating us with our flight times. We have stayed in Corralejo many times before so the area is very familiar to us, however we had never stayed in this part of town before, we are pleased we did! The walk into the "main strip" was pleasant (about 15 mins), and we usually got a taxi back (€4 at most, depending on where we were) but occasionally we walked back too. Very close to the villa is a supermarket and "Fuerchina" a shop that seems to sell anything you could ever need! If a walk to the main strip isnt fancied there are bars and restaurants closer which will all extend a friendly welcome. It is not far from the water park, crazy golf and the market (Tues and Fri). A car is not necessary, unless you wanted to see all of Fuerteventura, and there are many places where they can be hired.We hired bikes from the nearby cycle shop. The property itself was completely as described, we had everything we needed, it is very spacious much bigger than we usually stay at, and having a private pool was a bonus.. the pool was just the right size for a cool off or gentle swim. I would highly recommend this property to friends or relatives.

We stayed in this fantastic villa with our four young children. The villa is clean, modern and spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect and there was plenty of space to sunbathe, including the roof terrace. The villa is only a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants and taxis were always available! We would highly recommend this villa to couples and families. A brilliant holiday!
