A empatia da proprietária e funcionários foi de extrema importância. Quartos super aconchegante e bem limpo. Se fosse pra moraria, moraria anos somente num cômodo. Conforto, Respeito a privacidade e segurança seria os principais motivos da minha avaliação.

Even though it says there is a 24-hour reception and even though I informed the hostess that we would arrive late at night when we arrived it was locked and there was no answer at the door until our taxi driver spoke to the hostess on the phone. The room had a bad smell of mold, the faucet in the shower leaks and there is only cold water, the windows are not sealed so you can hear all the noise from the street, the sheets had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioner turned off and on by itself all night and made an unbearable noise, we were not able to sleep at all. Despite the cheap price we suffered all night, don't go there!

Short taxi ride to and from the airport

Staff did not want to honour my booking upon arrival. "For the price you paid, we would only give you a shared room" (not a private one as I had booked). Hotel very dirty and run down. Payment by cash or bank transfer only (no credit card accepted)...

The owner opend the door for me in the morning and was super friendly. :) The location is actually good as it is directly next to the airport.

Many animals in the room. Moskitos, spiders, ants, cockroaches(the biggest was ~6cm) Impression of the room is dirty. I stayed there for 6h and this was enough! At night a lot of people where arriving and going. Sleeping was impossible. I didn't expect much for 70real but every hostel up to now in the same price range was much better.
