Al piano inferiore ha una cucina nuova, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con porte francesi in un giardino recintato recintato una stanza accogliente con TV e un ampio bagno con doccia per famiglie. La casa può ospitare 7 persone ed è situata a pochi minuti a piedi dalla banchina Wells, la principale via dello shopping e dalle sempre popolari Georgian Buttlands, molto vicino a tutti i servizi. La struttura vanta anche un parcheggio privato fuori strada.

We had a lovely week here, the location was perfect, it was very comfortable & quiet and yet a short walk to the Quay and shops, we loved the house and garden and love North Norfolk.

Lovely, comfortable and cosy house in superb location. We were a groups of 4 friends getting away from the kids for a weekend and we couldn’t have asked for anywhere better. The house was perfect, very comfortable and homely and had everything we needed. Being only a couple of minutes from the beach and the pubs was very handy, to blow away the cobwebs and then relax with some great food and drink at the Globe Inn. A very relaxing weekend. We shall definitely be back.

Tusker House is in a perfect position and is easy to walk into town. It was clean, warm, tidy and had everything needed to make the stay thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed in late November and were going to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular which is a short 20 min drive away. We were delighted that the owners had decorated the house for Christmas with a beautiful tree which set the scene perfectly.
I always have one very small gripe with any holiday let and that’s the single duvet on a single bed which is really not ideal for an adult! That being said it didn’t take away from our stay and we would definitely return

Ample space for 6 or 7 guests, with good eating and exercise facilities within walking distance. Car parking worked OK, with one car parked nearby on road.

Lovely homely property with a beautiful garden.
The booking process was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. Queries regarding the property were answered quickly.
Property was warm clean and well equipped. It was a bonus to have Sky and Netflix. The established garden is beautiful and would be a great place to relax in warmer weather.
It is ideally situated in the village with excellent amenities in walking distance.
The carpark space is a bonus, although, due to the narrowl road it can be a test of driving skills to get in and out of it!

A little bit of paradise in Norfolk
Tusker Cottage is a delightful period house in the lovely village of Wells-next-the-sea. The house feels just like home, and the garden is a magical space full of bees, wood pigeons and blackbirds to entertain. It's just a few minutes walk from some great pubs and the sea, and there is incredible birdwatching all along the coast. Sophie is a fabulous host who made us feel completely welcome. We'll be back!

A perfect 3 night stay. Lovely cottage with ample space for 6 adults. Extremely well equiped with great beds. Highly recommended.
