The staff was polite and tried to accommodate us in spite of Booking .com not keeping the correct information.

You all did not put my information in correctly. Charged me for a King Suite and they only had queen suites ( which you all still charged me for a king)
I will not be using Booking.com ever again because I lost a lot of money and time trying to make things easier for my family to enjoy their stay.

Better road way signage that shows you are pulling into Holiday Inn and Candlewood.

We stay here because it is centrally located to everything we do while we are there.
the bed sinks, like my head is lower than my body, which gives me a headache.. Also no breakfast which should be included for the price..

Location. Room was fairly clean. AC worked well. The room itself didn’t smell.
Hallway smelled like dog. Lobby smelled like backed up sewage. Room was for only one person. One glass, one bar of soap, etc.

There was no breakfast offered. There were no parks and I paid for two rooms for 2 nights. I was far from home and wanted to just go in and get some rest. The clerk told us to keep circling around until a park became available 😡
