the staff was very fast and professional and the beds were very comfortable.
The elevator had a horrible smell. And the room was very stale smelling.

Everything was perfect, thanks to all the ladies at the reception, Kisani and Lisa, Jessie at the bar and Grace from breakfast for making us feel welcome and happy 😊

The only dislike I had about this property was the carpet along the hallways were noticeably stained.

The breakfast was ok. It was not hot and the there not any seasonings on the food. Cold and non seasoned food is NOT GOOD🤨. It was Blahhh!
When i opened the door to our room I was met by a big live waterbug. The breakfast was cold. Make sure the food is hot🔥 and not cold.

Was completely booked up And the double bed room we had chose wasn’t actually available but staff made the best of it they could and helped us out with blankets for a pallet

I had to use two rooms just to take a bath because the room I was booked for had a bad leak in the ceiling that was caving in while I was in the shower so they said I could use a vacant room with no air to shower in up on another floor. It was awful having to lug all my things back and forth up and down the elevator just to get a bath and then I was hot the entire time because their was no air

Comfortable bed. The water in Mississippi is usually too soft - feels like it leaves a soapy film. But the water here was perfect! Not typical for this state.
The breakfast buffet was terrible. The selection was poor and lacking in flavor. Not worth the extra charge at all.

The lady that seat us got our drinks never seen her again I had to go ask her for a drink to go

Food in the little restaurant was good. The bartender was exceptional.
