Nice lady, taking care of the breakfast area

The pool needs ventilation the Chlorine smell was sickening.

Nice and clean Hilton as expected.

SECURITY/SAFETY ISSUE-had people who did not stay at hotel in pool area and then a group of you men-just walk on property and sit in outside area…they literally popped out weed and starting smoking it. Had family at pool during this time…began to not feel safe. I’m in the security business so I went into that mode. Door to pool to access with room key did not work -anyone could have walked in. I notified front desk. They ran this people off. I returned to pool with my family and with my security friend on my side once the hotel staff said there is not security. I would have expected a security person being that it is a Hilton….but that isn’t always the case. The police were called and we continued our stay. So guest be aware of the surroundings and hopefully Hilton will get the access points repaired (working key access) so non guest can’t get in.

the room wasn’t ready at 2:45. shower handle broken. bed was very hard. staff at check in were rude.

Dirty! For 250 a night, last room in town and 4 tired kids I had to settle for a room that had pet food on the floor, a broken shower rod, dust an inch thick on the ceiling fan, cereal in the pull out couch and a broken keurig. They said they wouldn't charge us for breakfast for the mess. Btw breakfast isnt even included..10/ person!

booked it because our rate said it included breakfast. the hotel staff said booking.com doesn’t let them know. had to argue with them but they gave me our breakfast voucher. also their pool was under construction and that wasn’t made known up front. hallway stunk really badly.
