The room had a horrible smell, the carpet was wet..They put us in a room that was still damaged due to a previous fire...The room should not have been reserved for anyone

the shower in room 315 needed a little TLC. mold in the caulking and fixtures and glass showed lack of good upkeep

The indoor pool not open, restaurant wasn't serving any food. The bar had very limited drinks.

I di not eat breakfast. The location was perfect for the conference at the Convention Center. The atmosphere was great. I was able to walk around the premises. Even though the pool was out of season, I am interested in staying again to enjoy the pools. The management staff changed my room the next day and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The warm cookies were delicious. Parking was easy to find and plentiful. Access to the hotel was well lit and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay.

The toilet in my room did not work. I had to use the restroom downstairs. No rooms were available for a change in rooms. A child pulled the fire alarm at 12:00 in the middle of the night. This caused us to evacuate our rooms and report to the lobby. (Really a meet and greet time.) The man next door was snoring so loud, I had to block him out.

I was first put in a room with a shower only option that I did not care for. The staff was able to move me to a room with a bath. Perhaps let the guest have the option so relocation doesn’t have to happen.

I was on the road before being notified that I had to accept changes or cancel. of course I was livid as any person driving nine hours would be. I was treated as if I had made arrangements the same day. I wasn’t notified in time to make other arrangements and was in route. Then I was left hanging when I was not allowed the discount for inconvenience once I arrived. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. My daughters and I had to take turns each time we needed rest on who was going to try sleeping on the sofa cot that was uncomfortable. The expense for the room was the same as if we had obtained two comfortable queen beds. That absolutely was not so. Thank God I have a cheerful family who could keep our minds off the fact that we got dooped on our stay there. it was my first experience with Doubletree. So you can imagine mine and my families impression. There was no sympathy nor empathy. No compassion whatsoever. That made it even worse. I was lied to and lied to. I was treated like a dunce. I never got the discount either. What a mess.

The majority of the staff was amazing! The GM was amazing at meeting the needs of her guests and finding solutions that fix immediate and unforeseen issues! Her staff was amazing and she has trained her staff to handle pressure! They respect her leadership and it shows in the condition of the property!

Nice hotel, big room, and like the layout of the room. My boys was impressed.

The way they the receptionist kept stating to me that it was a third party booking. The way the receptionist kept treating me like I didn't book from their hotel but a third party booking. Upon entering the room the room was nice but it was not clean there were molded food in the refrigerator. There was signs of a female being in the room with all of her scrunchies, bobby pins, and hair. The next day we woke up to ants crawling all over the nightstand between the beds. We left our drinks on the nightstand and woke up to ants all over them. This is not what I paid my money for. My boys was hoping to swim but the entire indoor pool had a cloud of chlorine film over it and you couldn't breathe. One of the key factors why I chose this hotel. Not a good stay.

Convient location.

Was told during booking we would have a king suit with a sleeper couch. It was a lounge chair. Only a small child could sleep on that. Only 1 towel was in the room. Front desk receptionist kept disappearing. Waited forever. Shower drain panel was broken and in the middle of the shower. Bathroom sink was not clean.

The outside pool and it was okay.

We payed the extra for the indoor pool and it wasn’t even heated. We went to get our breakfast and the lady told us we wasn’t on the list. Very upset we payed 250 and couldn’t even get a free breakfast. Wasn’t worth the money at all.
