We LOVE the Shoalwater, we have been coming to Orange Beach for a number of years, beautiful condo, beach and experience! Tropical Storm Francine put a small damper on our stay but not too much. Thanks again!!

Shoalwater condo was very nice and clean. We had no issues during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and beach. Enjoyed cornhole boards at pool. Condo very close to stores and great food. Beaches and area super clean and everyone at Itrip was super nice and helpful. Definitely coming back. Thanks

Overall the condo had everything that was needed, most importantly it was beach front with a great balcony space. Perfect for a large crowd or just a few. The only complaint was the cleanliness of certain areas. The refrigerator door handles and surface had grim and rust. The doors to most rooms and cabinets had dirty finger prints on them, the area around the bottom of the toilets were in need of deep cleaning. The glass where had this weird coating on them like they were not clean, but even after you washed them they still had it.

Overall, the place was great. It definitely served the purpose of a weekend to relax. The facilities are nice, including the pools. I really loved the easy access to the beach.
Although I only worked with them over the phone, the staff was super-friendly and made everything so easy.
My only negative feedback, is that furnishings and appliances are starting to show wear and tear. The sofa needs to be cleaned, and the rug needs to be replaced. I also saw active roaches that I had to kill on 3 different occasions, including upon arrival.
Again, THANK YOU for a great weekend of reconnecting for a mother and adult daughter!

The place was not clean. Found hairs everywhere, used popsicle stick on balcony, what looked like dry salsa under bar stool, makeup on shower curtains. When we called they said they would take care of it. The only thing they did was bring more washcloths (bc we only had about 5 for 8 people). If you have multiple families you need one more bathroom for sure. All the beds need to be replaced. Extremely squeaky and the bunks did not look very safe to the bottom bunkers.

Had a great time with the family. Property had beautiful views of the beach and easily accessible. The kids loved the beautiful white sand and the pool. Plenty of room.

Condo was in a great location. Ac was not working properly the first night. Maintenance came the next morning and fixed us right up!

Incredible property with lots of space and ocean view
The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Wonderful view of the beach and the pool from the unit. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes that we needed to make meals. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the close proximity to the beach, which was surprisingly not too crowded during spring break. The only negative was that there were construction workers doing very loud demolition work on all the unit balconies. We were not able to be in our condo or at the pool from morning until late afternoon, due to the noise. Would definitely book this unit again, but would check first to see if construction work is being done. Overall, incredible property with lots of space and beautiful ocean view!

Great Get Away
This is a great condo. The view is wonderful. The condo’s pictures are just as it looks in person. It is spacious & has plenty of room for families. I would definitely rent this condo again. Itrip Vacation Rentals was great to work with. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay!
Great location and close to great restaurants and activities. Everywhere we went was 15 to 20 minutes away. Very clean and plenty of space for two families of four to stay. The beach was right by the condo and it was not crowded at all. The indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful too.The only thing I would upgrade are the towels because they left white fuzz everywhere and the bedroom TVs were very small in the kids room and they could not see it on the bunk beds. We would totally stay here again though!

Business trip
Only issue we had was says it sleeps 10. Can sleep 6 adults and 4 kids. Thought the bunks were larger bunk but small children bunks. Other than that it was great.

Great place to stay with family. Easy check in and out, and condo was fully furnished with everything one would need. The over all condition of the complex was nice, clean and up to date. The best part was, we barely saw an employee/management the whole week. No lurking around making you feel watched made for a very comfortable stay.

Great location
The location was great. Loved Shoalwater but the condo itself could use some updates but for a family with children, comfortable stay. One suggestion would be to add a room darkening shade on the second bedroom. Way too much light.

Awesome condo
The condo was really nice. The check-in and checkout was easy and we didn’t have any problems. Condo was really clean and the view was pretty. Very serene sitting out on the balcony. I would definitely book again and recommend it to my family and friends!

Excellent Location
The location was perfect. I wish it was a more cleaner. Their was a stanky/ nasty towel left hanging on the shower rod. The sofa needs to be updated and hair was found on the towels. Good thing I had my own towels. There were towels left in the dryer and dishes in the dish washer. Checking in was easy and the location was perfect. Overall my family enjoyed themselves!

Pleasant stay
I over all had a very pleasant experience. I was not pleased with the parking at all. When I drove up to the location I was lost bc I had never stayed at this location before. There was a "security guard" walking in the parking lot so I assumed he would be helpful as to letting me know where to park, where to find my suite, etc..instead he literally threw his hands up when I asked where to park and said "anywhere" with a look as if I were ignorant.... that really didn't sit well with me. "Security" should make you feel safe, welcomed, and should be HELPFUL.. thankfully I'm not the ignorant person he made me feel I was and I navigated the parking lot and found my location with 0 help from him. Other than that we found someone's hair stuck to the wall in the master bathroom above the toiletry ( which made me worry sanitation wise), we had 1 bath towel and tons of hand and face towels (but we were delivered towels before the end of our stay) and the balcony door would not lock. Over all whomever was texting me was the most pleasant and helpful to deal with so she made our stay a great one regardless of the little mishaps.

Girls Trip
Beautiful condo right on the beach!! Perfect view morning & night! We all enjoyed it. None of us wanted to leave. It was me, my 2 daughters, 5 granddaughters & great granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again.

We actually tried to clean it and it did not come off. With the rest of the condo being so nice I think if I were the owners I would maybe update the fridge. Even though it works the outside gives it an appearance of not being clean. Condo was nicely updated. We were only able to stay 2 nights because of Hurricane Sally. It was really disappointing that we missed 5 days of our vacation. But I have to say that the rental agency urged us to leave and I am so glad they did and they said they would reimburse any unused nights. We have been coming in Sept for years and this is the first time we have had any bad weather. I would for sure rent the condo again or any other one at Shoal Water. Love the balconies with the way they have the half wall to the east that blocks rain and sun and the condos staggered to the west can block the afternoon sun. We really liked it there and the condo is great. Rental people I dealt with were friendly and could not have been nicer!

We really enjoyed it, and we will have plenty of memories.
Everything was all good, the only thing I didn’t like is that they only allow two vehicles, we have to go park our third vehicle at Rouse’s Super store, they should allow at least 3 vehicles.

Our trip was wonderful. The room was equipped with all we needed and more then enough space for the 10 of us. The view off the balcony is gorgeous. We will definitely be returning.
