Cleaned every day, bed mades, as expected. Friendly staff. Air Condition was excellent.

All rooms are the exact same size. “Luxury double bed” costs more, but has the same size. A few small things either broken or not functioning. Fruit flies around the breakfast buffet.

This is my second time here, and the only thing that I still like is the location, because they can't really change it, can they? Apart from this, everything else I feel has completely tumbled down in quality.

The check-in process started bad, I had a friend with me (who wasn't going to stay overnight) and I was forced to pay extra even though I had in mind to be sleeping alone. Staff wasn't friendly in trying to resolve that so I just gave up and paid (way more expensive than had I chosen all nights for two people straight on booking.com, mind you) Facilities are pretty useless, the parking is minuscule and everytime I park there I feel someone will end up beating my car. The wifi works but really slowly, difficult to even watch youtube. The bed is kinda stiff, and there's not many varieties of food during breakfast.
